The trip was good. But did not give sufficient time in all though we cut short few - we were not able to visit Colombo. Hotels were far from location. But was good. i don't blame on accommodation. They tried level best with in budget. Overall good. Nuwara eliya - No wifi :(

No support from local travel agent of Sri Lanka. Cheated by giving 25 kms away hotel from Bentota beach. Spoiled mood and trip. Loss of trip money. Sri Lanka is naturally beautiful. Nature's loving people must visit it.

Faced problem with WiFi in nuwara eliya and colombo apart from that it was good I just wanted to thank all for all the best support you did for me during my visit. Isuru (chaffuer) was very kind and I had a great time and he took good care of me. I felt like traveling with a friend. I will definitely visit again and will definitely contact you whenever I do. A very good experience. Tropical Ceylon arranged a wonderful trip for us. Tharushi was most helpful. The entire experience was seamless and very easy. Manju the chauffeur made our travel very easy and smooth. Would definitely recommend travel triangle and Tropical Ceylon to my friends. Time spent in Nuwara Eliya.

Overall a very good plan and service provided. The Driver was very good and the hotels provided were fabulous. Just a couple of things we did not like much and will say as an improvement point:- 1. Our travel representative Rangika resigned the company and I wasn’t even informed. I came to know about this after I made repeated follow ups and there was no response from his side. 2. On Day 1 after paying all the amount in cash to the Driver. There were constant pressure on the Driver to deposit money in the bank and we were made to waste 2 hrs searching for bank to deposit the amount. This is my first experience like this. 3. I was denied check in at Riu hotel on Day 3 as they didn’t receive payment from the agent. After repeated follow ups and calls I was given the room. 4. On day 4- was my anniversary and I was promised candle light dinner. However on reaching the hotel I was told that there is no such intimation from agent and that agent did not pay anything for this. There were situation where the hotel and agent were blaming each other. Finally what they arranged was just a candle on our table in the regular restaurant. All these needs to be coordinated more professionally so that the customer do not face such situations. Otherwise everything was great and we enjoyed our trip. All Hotels
