The experience for some of the hotels was not good. I thought the agent Tropical Ceylon took us for granted in some of the hotels. The service of the hotels along with their locations was not up to the mark. In fact they didn't even seemed to belong to the category of 4 stars. I think u need to review the hotel category offered to us in yala and Bentota.

Quotations received in adequate numbers. Agents were responsive and helped us in customising the tour as per our expectations. But some agencies quoted without looking at the preferences given by us. So they were irrelevant and had to be rejected. Travel triangle website however needs to be improved. The rejected quotes must not appear again and again. The chat box does not work properly and you continue to see notification prompt even after we have cleared it ( this was observed in mobile app ). Balance all fine.

The booking experience and the trip experience were both good. Though travel triangle was not much involved in any of the pre or post booking process. Infact after I raised the travel request on travel triangle platform, it took them a lot of time to respond back. Even after the booking was completed, some vital information like mandatory e-visa needs to be applied for Sri Lanka, this information was not communicated properly by travel triangle folks. Overall a very good experience with the vendor on the land package but an ok experience with travel triangle.

Travel Triangle should contact us during the trip to make sure things are going good. There was no communication after payment was made. Hotels - out of 4 hotels, 2 were upto the mark... other 2 were not good enough Food - there was no buffet provided at each hotels... only 2 hotels had Buffet and from those two only 1 had good vegetarian options..

Had a great experience at the trip.We had no lapses in the pick up timings or any other logistic issues.The Driver cum Guide (Rakitha Vijay) was very friendly with us and very accomodative. There was a also a surprise Anniversary party which was arranged by the driver/travel agent for us which was very nice of them. Also Kemila did an excellent job in giving us the best travel Quotation and everything was arranged as per what he had promised.We definitely had an amazing experience in Sri Lanka and would go back again to explore the places we have missed. The hotel (The Habitat) could have been better in Bentota as this resort did not have a beach which was playable in the water and it was not of 5 star quality.Initially Cinnamon Bey was mentioned in the quotation and this was added in the last moment because Cinnamon Bey was sold out which is of much better quality. However rest of everything was precise as per what was promised.I will definitely recommend Tropical Ceylon and particularly Kemila and Rakitha for being very friendly and hospitable.

We had a family trip arranged by tropical ceylon and it was wonderful . Our guide Titus was amazing throughout the journey , very knowledgable and extremely polite and knows what we like . Sanjay our driver was also very good and fun to be with , and another team member lakhma was also very helpful and extremely nice . We enjoyed every aspect of the trip from the hotels to the places we visited and also the food . Hotel Rivendel in Kandy is worth the money and service is extremely good , Taj bentota lived upto the high expectations and was amazing . Another big thanks to Titus , sanjay and lakhma for taking care of us every step of the way and making this trip memorable . And another thanks to chandima for helping us with the bookings .(one small hiccup was horton towers hotel which did not live upto the expected standards of service )
