Ashok from Amara was of great help.. even with all the issues in the country he made sure everything was well arranged. The driver Rohit and guide pradeep were also very nice and well informed. Overall a great trip I will give zero ratings to Travel triangle.. they are horrible at responding.

Many places in the itinerary not taken.Hotels which is provided to us was so far and because of that half of the time goes for travelling . Diesal problem. No AC in tra bush hotel which was not mentioned to us before

The travel agent(ashok) as well as the cab driver (sameera) were too good. They provided us with really good package under a good price. Hotels were good, Driver was cooperative & cab was spacious enough to accomocate.

We booked our SL trip with Amaralanka Travels . Their service was good. We had Mr. Indica Kumar as our driver and tour guide. He was with us throughout the trip- Quite helpful. We traveled to Kandy, Nuwara Eliya and Bentota. The travel agent didn't realise that we asked for 4 nights. We stayed the 4th night on our own in Bentota and took a trip to Mirissa. All this we did after consulting with our driver assuming that he is in touch with the travel agency. On the 5th morning, when we were supposed to be dropped at Colombo, the travel agency informs that we need to pay additional amount. When asked why we were not informed when we landed at airport and paid the balance amount to the agent or by the agency over message or call in the first 4 days, the travel agency person turned rude and started abusing us that we were making a fuss. We were ready to pay the balance amount but the agency person turned it all bitter for us on the last day. The first hotel in Kandy could have been better. Except the last glitch, their service was good.

The overall trip and stay was amazing. Just one improvement area - The hotel in Colombo was not at all upto the standard. It was dirty and the food service was disastrously slow. Apart from this we had a wonderful time.

Very very very satisfied with this trip. Everythinh is awesome and well managed by amara lanka for our trip. Great support from Ashok ( Amara lanka agent) also great support from Driver Mr. Manjula. Overall very well satisfied and 100% Suggest for Amara lanka tours. Also great help recieved from Mr. Kasish from travel triangle team. Thank you so much all of you for making this trip memorable. Services that have you have provided we're not up to mark. Car that you have given was very old and same the driver doesn't know English properly. On a short note, transportation services given by you was third class.

Firstly i big thank you to Amara Lanka and My driver cum guide cum friend cum Machang CHANAKA for making this trip the most memorable one... Dint expected but somehow really liked Sri lanka and the people there...was stunned by the roads and the cleanliness....Hotels were nice with beautiful views. River view, Valley View and Beach....Superb blue water Beaches... Perfect trip for destressing and rejuvenating urself... Thanks once again... Definitely would want to visit again...

I was initially happy that I got a good deal in terms of the total package considering the itenary and cost. However, I only realised later that there were a lot of compromises made to fit into the budget, for example the hotels provided were not at all upto standard and there were lot lot of things in the itenary which we had to skip because of the schedule we had. The agent either did not know what he was doing or made false promises to make the deal look good

Everything was good n we really had a wonderful time..ty travel triangle for arranging everything as we expected..
