Initially Driver was not good, Later the Driver was changed and since then, it was OK

It was a awesome trip.. thanks to Ashok from Amara travel who coordinated almost for a month to plan this properly.. driver Suman was really kind in the over all trip and made it fabulous.. Finally it’s Naina who made it really cheap and gave discounts even at last final price.. really worth and remarkable quote for this complete package.. planning to do more trips Naina.. keep doing the same..

Tour very well organised

Where was travel agent. Atleast a courtesy call from him we expected went wrong. Not even a call he made till our departure from Lanka. As we have trusted agent blindly keeping good faith though it is his duty to call and atleast enquire the things. Also the trip was good but wrongly planned as the places like Kandy to nuwaru eliya for seeing one place Seetha eliya traveling in a car entire day no use and nor should they suggest anybody atleast a day and night should be spend in nuwaru eliya. And again nuwaru eliya to bentota again only in-car.. common guys atleast plan properly as we too invest money for enjoying memorable holidays. Rest it was good experience rather thru travelers triangle. Have recommended friends also. But please tell agents to plan properly the precious time of traveller's Good

Ajanta was very helpful, food was a challenge. Places were beautiful, wish we had more time to explore more of srilanka , good people ,good places , hotel glaldari was disappointing My daughter enjoyed that's was critical, next trip we want to visit Jaffna belt

Value for money

We had a great stay in the first five destinations...had a lovely experience...But the hotels provided in Bentota and Colombo were not at all good. In Bentota, the location was also quite far from the actual place. It was not in Bentota. The Colombo hotel was also not good. Rest everything was fine. Unawatuna was the best of the places visited. The hotel provided was also great. Thanks

It was truly an amazing experience. Everything was so well coordinated. The driver I got in Sri Lanka was well spoken, very supportive and knowledgeable. I got everything as promised by Travel Triangle. It was effortless vaccation for me.

Driver is expecting and trying to force us to do about which he is thinking. He was taking us only where ever he has some contacts. I believe he will get some money(commission) on those places. He was also not paying the bill for his food and without informing us he just added his food bill with ours. Really we felt very bad.

It was a nice experience travelling with Amara lanka , the tour guide was genuine and a decent person, the tour overall was a nice experience.

Roshan, the driver cum guide was excellent. His knowledge of the area, driving skills , politeness, interactive behaviour, punctuality is praiseworthy. Ranuka, who interacted prior to the trip and during the trip is to be commended for his quick responses and positive suggestions. The 6 - 7 hours of driving in the road was not factored into the time and space planning. One had to to check in late evening and check out next day, which gave very little time to wander around the city of Kandy as well as Bentota. We couldn’t enjoy the ambience of the sea at leisure as most of the time was spent on the road. One should have been advised of the travel time from place A to B. Otherwise it was a good trip. The cleanliness of the country, the excellent condition of the roads, the traffic discipline is really praiseworthy as also the politeness and friendliness of the people.

This was my first experience with TravelTriangle. I liked the convenience of getting connected with several travel agents sitting at my desk. However, my experience with the travel agent was not very good, details of which are mentioned below. I found the travel agent very inflexible with respect to the payment terms. They were very insistent on accepting cash payment in USD, that too, right at the airport itself. I requested them to accept partial payment online, but they did not agree. I requested them to accept payment by card but they did not agree. I requested them to accept the payment in Indian currency, which option was offered by their representative himself earlier, but they included double currency conversion in their calculations, that too with bad rates, thereby increasing the due amount by a considerable amount. As a result, I was left with no other option but to buy USD at the airport (which, as is common knowledge, is not a good place to get a good exchange rate). To top it all, their representative who was supposed to collect the payment from me did not even turn up at the airport! Had they told me earlier, at least I could have bought dollars from a place offering better rates. The vehicle they allotted to me for my tour was not one of the makes they had promised earlier. While the make wasn't such a big issue for me, a bigger issue was the condition of the vehicle. Its shockers were not in a good shape and made a lot of noise on smaller bumps too. In addition, while they had previously promised that the driver-cum-guide would know English, the driver who actually turned up knew very little English. I had to ask them to get the vehicle and driver changed. The worst part of my experience was that on two occasions during the trip, they had booked a room category lower than what they had promised to me. This happened despite the fact that I had categorically asked them beforehand to mention the room category on their quote. Not just that, they failed to get me the agreed-upon room category even after I contacted them from the hotel.
