We had nice trip as per the plan. But the driver and vechicle was not upto the mark. Driver was able to speak in english fluently. We had tough time to communicate with him. He was not pro active and not aware of the complete program. Otherwise it is OK.

Great tour specially SUDESH our cab driver made our trip successfull. I would highly recommend Amaralanka tours to work with sudesh often . Ranuka planned our trip well . Some hotels , like the Ella panorama gap were not upto to the mark, not recommended at all Elephant safari

Good car and good driver!

srilanka trip is good.. we had very good time and had fun. however safari trip and boat safari is very costly and waste safari...not even a aingle animal we saw. so driver would have advised us or suggested for some other option instead of wasting so much of money there. hotels are good but would have given nearby but instead we got hotels very far away inside.

It was very awesome and very much organised trip by Amara lanka tours and travels company. Very much helpful, soft spoken & honest chauffeur(Mr. Fahad ) and driver (Mr. Kumara) as i have personally requested to Amara lanka coordinator(Mr.Ranuka) to provide me good chauffeur and driver because i am travelling with 1 year babby and they keep their words and i am very happy for that, they give the hotels as per itinerary committed, its wroth visiting tour i enjoyed with my family a very healthy and quality time people should visit SRILANKA 1ce in life time to enjoy srilankan hospitality and enjoyed lovely weather and greenery.

trip was organized very well. good hotels, except in nuwaraeliya where the hotel is not up to the mark and the food is even worse and I dunno how come you people are recommending those kinda hotels. overall it's a good trip Rambo waterfalls in a full swing.

Our trip was organised well with no slip ups. The deiver of our cab Saman needs a special mention for his helping tendency and a pleasent demeanor throughout. The entire trip and hotels were largely to our liking. Sky loft hotel at Kandy was quite exquisite. The servuces at Laluna were simply outstanding although the Rooms would be better with a facelift. Vegetarian options were limited but thanks to Saman we could manage. Would have liked a reperesentative of the agency to meet us which was not the case. They however contacted once we reached. Would have preferred to stay in the town of Nuwerliya closer to the lake. Overall a memorable and stupendous experienxe. Thank Amar Lanka and travel triangle for this. The Tooth Relic temple, Lake @Kandy, Hanuman temple, Seetha temple @ Nuwareliya, Safari and Muruga temple at Kathirgama, water sports, Lakshmi Temple and Buddha temples and beach at Bentota were awesome with the scenery from hotels fabulous. The Ramooda and Ravana water falls were a treat to the eyes.

It was a good experience.. had nice hotels to stay.. all together

Very happy with the driver and his service

We just returned from our trip to Sri Lanka, without Amara Lanka tour operators and the concern executive Mr. Sameer and the guide /driver Mr.Ranil this trip would be incomplete. Since I was travelling with my parents who are aged and had some health issues and my little one she is about 3yrs old were extremely happy and satisfied with the service of Amara Lanka. Mr. Sameer, the executive who had been proven to be very courteous and helpful right from the very beginning and trying to organize at the best. Mr. Ranil, the driver/guide was very professional and friendly. The way he took of our entire family was too good right from the day one till the moment he dropped us in airport., and he tried to cover up the maximum places that has been mentioned in the itinery. Lanka's weather is nice and unpredictable, since it was heavily raining eventually I couldn't go for deep sea fishing and play some water sports which I was eagerly waiting for. Note for shopaholics - Those who really wish to try some winter and good collections of outfits can visit house of fashion in Colombo which is seriously affordable.

The tour itenary was good and services provided by Justin and driver was great. Their behaviour was very good and that gave us a safe and comfortable trip. However travel itenary could have prepared with more care and involvement. As this was our honeymoon trip itenary should be prepared accordingly. Ours was a little tiring and towards end of the trip we got exhausted. Expect one hotel, other 3 were perfect choice for a couple and complimentary dinner was icing on the cake. The evening and early morning at The Other Corner Habarana was the best memory of our trip!

The Overall Trip was awesome but few points i would like to highlight which would help other travelers to plan and be cautious. 1. As promised the Car and the driver they have provided was very good, Professional Driver with luxury car. 2. All the hotels which were promised before the trip were provided, Hotel Oak ray tea bush has a pathetic service so we do not recommend it to fellow travelers, Avoid this hotel as there are water leaking inside the corridor, Rooms are not clean, Tv does not work, Only the view of the hotel is best. 3. Itienary should be changed and include some good visiting places rather then only adding shopping places, Spice garden, Gem museum those are waste of time if you are in srilanka for enjoying the vacation rather then shopping. 4. We were promised 2 litres of water per day but we only got that in first day rest of the days they did not provide, After asking the driver he said that amara lanka has approved for single day. 5. A representitive from Amara lanka should visit the travellers once in the trip, there was no one from amara lanka only the driver was one of the representative which i believe should not be the case, Atleast once the person from amara lanka should visit the travellers and provide them all the details. Though there were no hassels and the driver took care of everything but i strongly recommend representative should be available on first day.
