Amara Lanka Tours

The Car is very good model and convenient for 2 people. The journey was good with good behaved driver. The driver talks too much but no action including car cleaning during my 8 days trip. Last 2 days in Colombo he changed his plan and discourage us to take to any local sight seeing. He pretended that he has knowledge about locations but no so much. Amar Lanka tour in-charge never was in touch with us after we landed to inquire about our comfort, safety etc, and during our entire stay. The driver received us in Airport and dropped us in Hotel in Negombo and left to his home immediately. Driver took us to some shopping where prices were high as usual encouraging in any tour. Amazing Nature to see in Sri Lanka. No veterinarian food in some parts of the country.

very nicely organised ,provided good hotels and good car.the driver was very co operative and very usefull as guide and friend.the trip was from 25th nov to 30 nov 2016.we got returns of what we paid.thanks to travell trangle and amra lanka.this is my third trip of travell trangle and can not think of others now plan was changed to hault at bentota instead of colombo with a very short notice and bentota was amasing beach

Jana the guide was outstanding but ashok from Amara Lanka was not anywhere near good enough for the job he is in. After telling him multiple times that we were on honeymoon he put us in substandard room in Unawatuna and lied about paying extra when we asked him to change room. He has no idea of customer service and even went to the extent of telling me that I am speaking rubbish. While checking out I asked if Amara Lanka paid anything extra and they denied it and I had to pay an extra 60 USD. In Bentota he put us in a bad hotel again and I then checked for different hotel and paid them myself. Let me remind you all this while I was on honeymoon. I work in the travel industry myself and understand how it works and if I upgrade my room type then I have to pay the difference which I was ok with. But to have a double bed and one single bed and a balcony overlooking the drainage is in no way anyone's idea of a honeymoon room. I will like someone from travel triangle to contact me so that we can discuss this further. I will not let this go and didn't call you guys from SL because I didn't want to spoil my mood anymore than it was already thanks to Amara Lanka Sunset on Bentota beach

Van and driver were good, the tour was rushed through,not enough time in most places. Overall good trip

The vacation was ok ,the travel agent was good, the vehicle was old and the driver was very good in nature but his knowledge and handling capacity was not up to the minimum basic expectation, tour company like Amara lanka should keep knowledgeable driver with minimum basic tour organising ability or seance as the visitors r new to the place and not aware of the timing, distances, food etc, as a representative of tour company he must have ability to drive the tourist,satisfaction of the tour lot dependent upon the person who accompanis the tourist No great memories

Thank you very much to Travel Triangle & Amara Lanka for a wonderful & memorable stay at the Island. Mr Indika, the Chauffeur was excellent and patient enough to take us around Bentota, kandy and Colombo City tour for 3 days. We enjoyed his company as well as the sight seeing. Madhu River Safari was awesome. Overall a good experience and memorable holidays. Thank you once again. For the future travellers, we advice to stay one day at Kandy & Bentota, instead of stay at Colombo. One Night stay in Colombo should be sufficient, may an extended night stay at Little England.

Service from our agent Amara Lanka was very awesome and specially Mr Ashok was very helping and cooperating. At every point of my plan he was very helpful and guided n suggested very nicely. Overall journey was very awesome and specially weather for srilanka was very gud.

We holidayed in Srilanka between 28/10/16 to 31/10/16. Multiple choice of quotes by TT to select the best suited. The chosen Tour operator Amara Lanka tours was very helpful right from the booking date. Cab driver Kicha was very good. Our request for change in itinerary was obliged and arrangements were made.
