One of the best experience in planning and executing the trip. Before the trip and through days of arrangements, the teams on both side, the Travel Triangle and the travel agent at Sri Lanka were extremely helpful, following on all details and continuous contact to make sure that they satisfied what we were looking for. During the trip, all were found beyond expetations, cannot complain about anything except for very small details that we will send so it could be helpful for other travelers. I will definitely not use any other travel arrangement, and will always choose Travel Triangle as my first choice in arranging for future trips. Seemant Tiyagi, and Ashok of Amara were specially extremely helpful. Our local driver Manosh was distinguished very special thanks to him, also the director executive at Amara (sorry didn't get the name) was exceptional on our last day in Colombo. Extremely nice place to visit, sight seeing is cannot be matched, a country with diversified varieties one can find whatever he is looking for

A tour operators success is a repeat bookings by the traveller or his friends and relatives. For this a good brand ambassador will be the Chaffeur who accompanies the guests for five days. When the guests treat him as one among them he must have patient to here them. A Chaffeur's duty is not taking the guest to a particular location and dump them in the room but showing more places in a location. Well arranged

The tour provider was good, the driver Upul was superb and very considerate, ***** to him. But there are few things to take into consideration, first the hotel got changed which was fine, some changes are tend to happen in 9 days long trip. Having said that PLZ note that the car provided is just 1 city to other, though we didnt use it any further but even after requesting for 1 day in colombo was bluntly and rudely told that it cannot be taken out in the city except for things mentioned in the itinerary. We skipped one city then also the request wasn't considered. Suggest please see whether the hotels given are in the city as if it is far, you are going to miss all the fun of the cities like Kandy, Colombo, Nuwara Eliya etc. The Hotel Concorde Grand given was good with services but the mattress was poor and nobody changed, also not suggested for families as certain activities were noted at night which are not recommended for family places. The trip organisers are expected to take that into consideration. Nobody from the tour will call you to even ask how is it going or if you have any problem. Overall we had a great time, Srilanka in itself is amazing. Amara is good as per price quotient along with service. Recommend the same in consideration with mapping of few other quotes as well. Suggest to stay in Nuwara Eliya city 1 day, you can skip Kandy night halt. Also Adam Peak is super fun but tiring, not recommended for kids/elderly people. The conveyance provided was Comfortable & Luxurious. Except last 2 days in which the driver changed along with car.

We enjoyed the Srilanka trip. The Amaralanka Travels have made very good arrangement. All the more the Cab driver Mr.Ramesh symbol of the Lankan hospitality and made every possible thing to make our trip memorable. Simply no negative comments.

We planned for a short vacation to Srilanka and through travel triangle we got quotations from different tour operators. In that I selected Amara Lanka Tours because of good interaction and based on our requirements and budget they designed a package for me. The accommodation was well planned and booked in advance in all good hotels at each destinations. Before hand they had given me several calls and message about all arrangement including the contact details of the chauffeur. We arrived at Colombo airport and the representative welcomed us and took us to the hotel in a luxury car. From the moment they picked us they gave all information and helped us in each stage and made us to visit each places according to the plan given. They we very punctual and we thank Mr. Ramesh who was an excellent guide cum driver helped us in many ways by driving smoothly and comfortably and in managing our luggage, shopping and getting entry tickets. The hotels were excellent and locations were really attractive especially at Kandy and Nuwaraeliya. We really enjoyed the stay at Srilanlka and now we feel that it could have been for 10-12 days…and a big thanks goes to Mr. Ashok and Mr. Ramesh for making our trip comfortable and memorable one. I recommend Amara Lanka Tours (Pvt) Ltd as the best tour operator for SriLanka according to our need and budget

It is interesting to have several offers. it help us to find know about the different places in sri lanka in order to chose what suit us most and of course to compare the price as well, The driver and guide was helpful and pleasant

I came across your website by accident when I was searching for some other travel related info but boy, was I glad. Travelling to Sri Lanka for the first time and with no local contact to start with, my trip planning was made a breeze through your facility and most importantly, I was able to stick to my budget for the entire travel. All quotes received were more or less meeting my specific requirements and in the end, given how competitive the costs were, it was even difficult to choose which ones to reject. The payment process is another plus and the ability to chat with the specific travel advisor is certainly a bonus. I will look to your site again for my travel planning to other destinations :-) The original driver assigned to us down with flu & running nose from the time he picked us up at the airport. On Day 3, we got a replacement driver named Suriya & I think he was simply God-sent was the best part of our trip all throughout. He took care of my elderly father as how a son would. He went out of his way each time we needed a place to dine with a combination of vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes. He went to several banks personally to help us with foreign currency exchange. So yes, if next time there are travel parties with elderly amongst them, Suriya is the driver to ask for. Professional driver, great handling of the car even when on high speed, safe and very trustworthy.

Bentota and colombo hotel is not good for the family to stay. Full of liquor and cigarette smell in all the rooms. Food is also not good in Mihin Villa Bentota and Roase cottage in colombo hotels. Our best Memory is visit to nuwarelya and kandy.

I had booked a customized tour package with this tour operator for 18th April for my parents. I was in regular touch with Mr Ashok if Amaaran tour,I have to say he was very co-operative and gave me all the information which I needed. The trip was nicely arranged with good vehicle and hotels. Travel Agent's Planning is very poor. Having known that new year holidays in colombo the 2days program is wasted. First one day Colombo tour should be planned for Foreign tourist so that it will not be too tired. Our tour itinerary is easy to cover in 4 nights and 5 days instead of 6 nights and 7 days. Ramayana Tour was requested but Ravana Place not shown to us. Not so satisfactory trip.
