Bad experience

Journey was very good. Driver was very gentle even hotels location was mindblowing specially in Ooty. Looking forward for more trips with travel traingle. Thank You.

It was the worst one. Travel agent & travel triangle both had no courtesy to work on the issue. Extremely disappointed with this trip. Driver was the best part of the trip.

No testimonial to be given .. My last day AUgust 17th i had to spend whole 8 hrs at airport becasue the oversmart driver brought me to madhurai way to early from Rameshwaram without doing 3 site seeing places.... so on 17th august i only had a local temple to see and then nothing else to do before my flight. so i had to spend 8 hrs in airport. I requested the driver to take me around some local shops to do some shopping , he turned a dead ear. the entire trip was spoil by that last day. Madhurai was the home for the driver and that is why he hurried and brought us there. If i have to spend time arguing with driver on a vacation then how can i relax in vacation Honestly , the driver cant just do their way of sight seeing .. whatever was mentioned and promised in rameshwaram was not fully delivered. I am sooo unhappy cause i had checked with the customize.com lady and she suggested i book late evening flight so either plz improve the professionalism of drivers or else its not so much fun that i keep arguing with a driver who does not want to understand you

The travel agent Neha was very helpful. She planned the whole thing and i didn't have to worry about anything. The hotel and cab people were also very helpful and would attend to all my queries and concerns at the earliest. Best memories were with my friends as all things were already taken care of so i didn't have to worry about bookings and cabs and transport.

The trip was good, Driver too was great. Communication with the driver and his knowledge of the location was good. We were on time for all places. Pick up and drop also was on time. Overall good experience. Travel agent and advisor both were very accommodating with our choices.

This was my second trip with Travel Triangle. Everything was quite smooth. The driver being a local knew the places which are not famous amongst the tourists. This was the best part as we could cover many good places, which we could've missed otherwise.

Nice trip to Tamilnadu, no issues with cab,driver and the arrangements made by travel traingle everything is according to the itinerary

Very bad hotels. People should witness the hotels before suggesting. Bu photographs nothing work out. Customize trip people not responded well about hotels. I wasted my money

Service of the hotels were not satisfactory

The service offered after booking by the customizetrip was worse, they did not respond on time and we had to face problems at the hotels. The driver on day1 was very arrogant and dod not listen to what we said and left us without dropping us to the restaurant for dinner

It was amazing experience with travel triangle and they been providing timely information and driver Shilvaraj was also very good.

Travel triangle agent was not reachable when we had issues on trip No proper itenary or suggestions Please plan the iternery practically Took huge amount but booked cheaper hotels via oyo which we faced huge problem and one full day wasted No response from agent at all Very bad service and working only for commission purpose from clients
