since this trip has ended i m better at summarising the experience -: Negatives 1-at times travel triangle team response was very carefree, they did not look into complaints carefully and did not check for errors before posting the asked documents. 2-customize my trip(CMT) though promised complimentary breakfast in all three hotels ,but the very first oyo homestay hotel denied breakfast and gave it only when told that it had been promised in hotel voucher.this was brought into notice of designated CMT agent next day but still the next two hotels in beginning denied provision of breakfast and only provided when they were repeatedly told and shown hotel vouchers.instead of complimentary breakfast it felt like begging.Even when informed after day 1st the repetition of this suggests that that CMT team had no interest in instructing the hotel about complimentary breakfast. 2-none of the hotels had proper cutlery and utensils for serving of complimentary breakfast, it was as if they were forced to provide breakfast. 3-whatever the star status category CMT team might think they provided us but even a small hotel provides proper bedsheets ans towels .the hotel in rameshwaram was pathetic it had dirty sheets which were changed when told and dirty towels Positives 1-driver for trip nizam was good and was the only good thing in this travel experience 2-CMT advisor was prompt enough to tailor the invoice as per need all in all not what i expected

trip was good the driver was the best part of the trip very approachable helpful and fantastic human being loads of thank you to mr suwa rathod thank you for the lovely trip and all the help provided during the trip.... it was the best experience ever..

Customize trip.com guys and their service levels were pathetic. Right from denied entries to hotel to the quality of 1 hotel to denying tontake responsibility, everything was below standard. We dont think we will use travel traingle again as they have such rude and horrid agents listed The driver was flexible and only 1 hotel of the 4 was of the standard that we paid for.

If you ask me about overall trip, then I will say its a best trip I ever had. Just few things to point out. 1. Kochi hotel, I had paid 300 rs extra for AC. When I asked the travel agent she said it was booked non ac for my budget. But this has not informed to me while booking that room booked was Non AC. 2. Munnar resort booked but there was none to welcome us when we arrived at the place. Seems there was a communication gap. Also it was too far from the town. When we went to town there were some good report options at the same price. Food also was not good at Munnar resort, also there was no single shop at walking distance.

Beware of booking from customize trip. They are not tour planners but merely travel agents. Their itineraries are impractical with lots of promises which cannot be delivered. The agent Bharti is very unprofessional and rude to talk. They take no ownership and lay all the blame on the tourists.

The itinerary was not created properly and we end up paying extra amount for covering stops in Mysore.

Bangalore - Mysore - Ooty Although, a cab provided was provided to us , but then driver informed us that they are only available till 7 PM which was not communicated to me. The hotel property at all places was decent. However, in bangalore there was road construction at entrance gate of hotel and we faced issues with getting into the hotel with our baggage.

I will never book again or recommend customized trip. Com to anyone. The travel agent was polite until I paid the booking amount. Later attitude of travel agent changed drastically. I have been given worst hotel of Ooty (SunShine grand). The travel agent have been saying that my budget is small however they wanted to make big profit out of it so kept on saying so. My budget was decent and they cut a good profit by booking cheap hotel in Ooty. Inspite of the fact that the hotel had poor reviews online i have been given this hotel. I had a very hard time staying in SunShine Grand hotel in ooty. So far no call has been made from customized Trip to take my reviews. The place was beautiful.
