Over all trip was good but issue was with driver not understanding the route and unaware of timings therefore of no help in terms of guidance

The trip was good. we had to modify our iternary as it wasnot prepared keeping in mind several points like the time of journey, age of people travelling and also number of points that could be seen in limited period of time. Though we ended up spending more money for the trip but the change was worth needed. Travel agencies should consider feasibility of covering number of points for sightseeing in a day . Instead of randomly sighting all the places and mixing all the points of day 1 to day 3., they should also be specific about which places to be included in which day so that it can be covered comfortable. In our case the sight seeing points were written ramdomly in day 1 n day 2...and most bad part was different names of one points were given as different sight seeing places. at least these research should be done before making any kind of iternary. If we already know about the places why would we go for a travel agency in making our iternary in first place. Lesson learnt. do not rely completely. do your home work too. Mysore palace on Dasara day.

To begin with was disappointed on convenience fee that was charged to me. My itenary was completely messy which later on reaching to Ooty have to realign properly. Till payment there was good follow up from Travel triangle and it's agent later on not so responsive. Hotel was not of 4 star standards, was expecting Sterling Elk hill instead I was provided with its Fern hill. My expectations was very high post last trip but this time was completely slipped off as it wasn't organised in proper. Lucky that Cab driver and Cab was really excellent.

the hotel in Coorg I.e la floura jungle hill resort was not located on good place...it was Lil bit scary...it wasn't not safe ....and also the resort was very far located from the mail city... driver was very nice..and he was driving very good

Trip was planned as per my needs and budget. Good assistance from travel triangle. Suggestions for Customize Trip please convey them: Out-of so many planned trip this was the trip for which I got good assistance of agent. But the iternity can be better by considering local peoples guidance. You have just added the places without looking at flexibility due to which we faced problems. Driver was also arguing with us regarding this nd took money from us. Please go for better travel agencies option. Just thnku for safe tour

Hotel Roopa was not that good. It was not clean enough and it's not at all 3 Star hotel. Silver Green Enclave is the best for the people who looking pure relaxation. Silver Green Enclave stay and room view of the Banasura Dam

I have booked the trip for my mom and her friends. All ladies group, was a lil bit worried about the security and all. But service of travel triangle was awesome. My mom had an amazing and hasslefree trip. Thank u Travel Triangle.
