nice trip. hotel Athithi comforts was not good service wise. extra charges for practically everything. visited Abbey falls, namdroling monastery, Mandalpatti, Raja's seat, Chiklihole reservoir, Nisargadhama. would not recommend to go Mandalpatti when it's raining. Abbey falls and view from Raja's seat.

The hotel and cab staff were very good and polite. Infact, they changed the room immediately when we complained about something. Also, the food was very good. And the cab driver was also very good, well behaved and planned our trip very well. The Customize trip.com had promised for an AC sedan car but the cab that came was Tata Indica, when i questioned it to Customizetrip.com they didn't come back with an answer. Also, we feel what they charged us was a higher price. Not happy with Customizetrip.com, also, they never came back asking for feedback if we were comfortable during the trip.

Overall it was a good experience booking through Travel triangle for the Coimbatore OOty package for 3 persons. The Hotel provided at Coimbatore AP Hotel , though was close to railway station, the room was very small and cramped and definitely not suitable for 3 adults. There was no place to even put a extra mattress. The Hotel alloted at Ooty, The Sapphire Grand, though was good the location was quite interior where one have to walk thorough mud road. The room was spacious probably because the Hotel staff told me that have upgraded the room. Food was really bad and the complimentary breakfast included, was given after a lot of discussion with the reception person. The mail plus point was the cab and the driver Mr Rajesh. Excellent driver, very polite and well versed with all the routes especially the hill road to Ooty brought out his driving skill. There is no complaint against sight seeing as most of the places were covered as per itinerary. Overall it was a good experience except for the type of Hotels they arrange.

Quality of hotels kept on degrading Overall a good experience

Overall its a nice trip, travel agent arranged a local tour operator to execute the Itinerary. The local tour operator is not well aware about the itinerary, or else he didn't updated the cab driver. Finally we had a tour plan with the cab driver and had a pleasant and memorable trip at coorg Its good to plan the trip for 3 days stay at coorg, excluding arrival and departure. Mandalpatti is a must watch location, where I felt am just a part of this beautiful nature.

Had a bad experience in the boat house.. unmaintained boat house with flying cockroaches and lizards was provided.

Best think is green trees hotel in munnar. Good service, memorable. And Bad think was Michel inn hotel in,thekady. Bad rooms and bad except this michel inn hotel All trip is excellent and memorable. Munnar is the best think in trip. House boat is awesome ,its very nice for family's. I think for family's kerala and trivel trangle is the best. Driver is very good.

Please provide packages with reasonable rates. i know you are not NGO but your agency should provide packages with actual rates. Since when comapred outside, huge difference found for the same package

Hotel at thekedey was very bad. It was smelling badly as if the rooms were not open for an year. Rest of the hotels were very good. Munnar and kovalam were excellent. I wont recommend thekedey and allepy to anyone.

My entire trip was very good and was planned very well. Overall I enjoyed my trip except few glitches: 1. The cab driver Kabirdas for my trip was very humble , genuine and kind person who helped us in many places to get it correctly. I enjoyed the road trip. 2. The hotels arrangements were very good and were as expected except 7 spring resort as it is situated very far Munnar town which increased the travelling time. 3. Transportation time planning should be done properly as most my day time went into travelling from 1 place to another. I enjoyed my Trip a lot and Thanks Travel triangle and customized trip for that. really appreciated.
