Hotels were good as I only told agent to book those hotels. Cab driver was very bad. His behavior was not good. Too harsh. Missed many places which were mentioned in my package details. Didn't allowed us to keep our clean foots on his car seat, that's ridiculous. Weather of kerela is too good, place is very clean and calm.

Very nice trip and cab driver Shan was very friendly. Well planned and organised. Hotel is located in a valley abd nice place to stay. House boat is good and food is average. Overall awesome trip. Cheyyappara waterfall looks good and journey from Cochin to Munnar is awesome. Enjoyed waterfall @ Ervakulam national park. Journey from Munnar to Alleppey is bit lengthy and boring. House boat stay is great and crew is very friendly.

Trip was well arranged and hotels and houseboat services were good. Trip can be more beneficial if cab start and stop timings will also be mentioned in the package. For example we should check in to houseboat by 12-1 pm but we checked in at 5pm...started from munnar at 9:30am, if it was communicated by driver or mentioned the leave from munnar timings by 7am, we would have enjoyed more on houseboat. GOOD JOB DONE. I FEEL IT WAS A GGOD DEAL FOR THE PRICE. TAXI WAS GOOD. DRIVER WELL BEHAVED. THERE WAS MINOR CONFUSION IN THE START BUT IT WAS RESOLVED.. HOTEL AT MUNNAR RED SPARROW WAS ALSO GOOD. LOCATION IS EXCELLENT. SERVICE GOOD. AMBIENCE WAS FINE.I had read lot of negative reports about the hotel but I found it reasonable for the price . THE HOUSE BOAT , INDRAPRASTHAM WAS THE WEAK LINK.IT WAS DOWNRIGHT DIRTY WITH VERY POOR HYEGINE.Service was the worst. I had to wait 10 minutes to enter the houseboat as they were unable to confirm the booking.Food and service as well as hyeigine was of poor quality. bathroom was not cleaned for years and was stinking. overall I feel travel triangle provided good value for money. keep up the good work.

Hotel silver tips was very good and the staff were very pleasant. Rooms were very clean. Grand hotel at thekkady was just average. Food was horrible. Boat house experience was awesome and that was the best part of the trip.

Bus travel was fine.....Hotel rooms were also good but cab service was somewhat troublesome.....I was provided an alto car on first day which was in bad condition ....I had to complain....from second day they provided me another alto car in good condition....sight seeing was not great but fine.....meal was good.
