The Trip was very good. Hotels were good except Agra Hotel. It was not clean. Cab facilities were good and services from agents are awesome. Good thing is all comes in planned budget. Thank you for all the trip arrangements.

House boat services and food at house boat was very bad. Location and quality of rooms at Kowalum-Unwind is below average. Munnar sight scenes. Thekkady KATHAKALI and marshal art. Elephant ride. And Best one is the cab and driver Mr Eltho. He has travelled us with whole heartedly like our family member.

first day mood was spoiled due to waiting in airport about 1 1/2 hour ...no one received us.. 4 to 5 main places given in sightseeing were closed due to unseason...it would be better if provide realistic sightseeing places house boat was not up to mark ...it is of rats and bugs hotels in munnar are good...

Choice of hotels were good. Cab driver was also very good. But itinerary was not well planned as some of the sites were closed and some were impossible to cover. Need to work more on Travel planning part as you are expert so customers will be satisfied from itinerary point of view as well. Munnar and Poovar.

The arrangement made was quite good. There was some confusion previously while making payment against the offered quote, so i had to re-pay the extra amount. I have opted for a houseboat trip which was arranged by customizetrip.com. They offered me Cosy houseboat for approx 6 k. But i think the quality of house boat was below average. Rooms were clean, but small. they cant be deluxe rooms, i guarantee :) . The houseboat staffs were good, good food, good sight seeing. But while travelling in the water, I felt that our houseboat was the least attractive one and ugly looking. So, please dont provide cosy houseboat to anyone else, it is not worth 4-5k/night. Else everything is good. Houseboat foods, evening time when we were taken into a resort for dinner.

Guy's beware of booking from customize trip.me and my husband raised a request on tracel traingle and i got the final package from customizetrip @26800 but my husband got from another travel agent from travel traingle @24500 same itenary and same hotel ...and when i escalated this issue to the travel triangle they were like we can't do anything about this...Also agent from customizetrip behaved so rudely by mailing me the 'll cancel your booking...when i asked my travel agent why did you charged me higher amount reply was :Maine 2000 kamaye hai apki bookinhg se plz samjho hamare bhi targets hote hai.... i was like Really Are you kidding me?? Goa is such an amazing place...Hotel Lazy lagoon is also ver nice...Food was awsome.

Munnar resort was superb and we suggest to experience it, there is only one place in thekkady and thats periyar forest. we suggest everyone to spend more at Munnar rather that at Thekkady. Allepay boat ride in backwaters was awesome. Overall, a memorable trip ! every moment spent at Munnar :) , beautiful place out through.!!! !!!
