Thank you mr. Kiran (symphony holidays) our cab driver for the comfortable 5 day holidays. He introduced us to all local spots of tourist attractions which were not even the part of itinerary. The package on the whole was well planned and comfortable. I would recommend this site to everyone and will myself use their services in future.

Please let driver be updated about the trip of passenger beforehand. Got hotel of my choice was the best of all.

The trip was fine though we did not like the driver. He was always trying to convince us to go somewhere else than what we have planned. The first hotel was great but it did not have AC which the agency had told me it would. The houseboat was amazing even though we had no luck with the weather. At the end the driver told us that we had to pay something extra to the boat, we refused as we had payed everything already (and it was included)... Overall it was not bad, but I guess it had more to do with the place itself than with the Agency (though when organizing it they where very helpfull).

It was amazing experience and well organised . Driver shaiju guided us well. Munnar and boat house was the best place

No words to explain simply best trip.best guide come driver his name Mejo.good coordination with travel agent. Munnar echo point and misty valley tree resort...2nd allapey back waters and sight boat and elephant ride are best memories....

Hotels at Munnar was great and Thekkady was good but house boat provided from Indraprastham was poor and worst experience. Driver mejo was good and friendly

Love the trip way u planned... It's awesome.. never ever forget the memories... All hotels are awesome and have extraordinary experience... Except hotel in kovalam.. that hotel is just average... And it's maintenance too.... Try some other one at kovalam... Rest food in hotels.... Stay over there... And experience with drivers is awesome.... I will get back to u soon..... For my another trip... It's more than value for money. Best memories I can't explain.. as on each each we have new memories... In Rameshwaram at Dhanushkodi beach was exclusive as I have received a msg that welcome to Sri Lanka.. that feeling was totally different... As Sri Lanka from there was only 35 km away... Another memory is from kanyakumari as of Vivekananda rock memorial ... Wind flowing and water hitting the stone via 3sea.. i.e, Arabian sea, Indian ocean, bay of Bengal was awesome .. Another one is ob the way to kovalam it's poovar.. on it's way by backwater.. we hired a motor boat .. and seen the experience to going to ocean via motor boat and floating restaurant there... Golden beach.. poovar island... No words to explain....

Over all it was good. We enjoyed... Munnar was very good. Hope so will visit again

On the way to Cochin friday n Saturday church will be closed. They should have informed us before and planned in a different way. As they was a fine of Rs 1400 for delaying the trip. As discussed with them any complementary but didn't reply us yet. On the way to Cochin sight seeing is there they said but now nothing they are saying.

The overall Trip was good..Munnar was actually excellent.But The Houseboat experience in Allepey was not good. We were booked in ATDC housing boat which was cancelled at the last minute to Indraprastam House boat with out Prior notice.When we called ATDC 3 hours before check in we were told there is no booking.We had paid for ATDC which was premium considered to Indraprastam.Even food quality in Indraprastam was not good.Because of last minute change of Houseboat we had to spend 2 more hours in travel. Even Customuze trip did not inform us if that.This is my third trip with Travel Triangle within a year but this was not expected from you folks. But yes I must mention trip to Munnar was good and the driver was excelellent Person though the quality of car was not that great. Overall Munnar trip and Very gentle driver.

Hi, We had a very good experience on booking trip with Customized Trip through Travel Triangle. The driver was very decent. The Resort were amazing. There were no issues with the resort nor with the driver. We had one extra bed issue, but the CustomizedTrip team handled very well. I would book with travel triangle for the next trip and would recommend others as well.
