Had a nice experience on the places we visited. There was some lack of coordination on cabs n drivers and extra beds on every hotel. Thats where the travel agent needs an improvement. It should be hassle free for the Travellers. Other than that everything else was well arranged.

Overall the trip was good but we faced issues in certain areas. Firstly, the hotel in Lachen, Rufina Blue Pine, was extremely dirty and unhygienic. The rooms were not maintained properly. They charged high amounts of money for a veg lunch. In Lachung, Hotel Kusung Mandala gave free breakfast as informed prior but they only gave one slice of bread for each person. They charged us a lot when we asked for extra bread and omelette. We felt that they had no proper knowledge regarding food services for the tourists. Because the previous night itself we had asked them to parcel our breakfast but they didn't prepare anything and our tour was delayed by 1.5 hours that day. Since this incident our entire trip delayed a lot. We had to rush to each and every spot and our time frame was quite tight. We didn't have that much time to rest. Our personal opinion is that the itinerary should be set as such: For Lachen and Lachung, it should be a 4 days, 3 nights plan. Instead of immediately taking off from Lachung to Gangtok that same afternoon, if you plan to go back to Gangtok the next morning, it will be less tiring. The hilly and curvy roads can make one feel tired and nauseous easily so staying at Lachung that night and resting would be definitely better. This will make the tourists get enough rest and be energetic for the next day's adventure. Overall, the trip was safe and sound. You had arranged it considering our safety and everything went smoothly. Thank you so much for your service!

Cabs Drivers Were Amazing.

Very happy with the I am Himalaya guy who helped me with my travel in Sikkim and Darjeeling. Did not face any problem with anything during my travel. All the drivers that I got during my travel were also very good and helpful. Only concern I have is, I was not informed that there is no lift in the Sikkim hotel tempo and we have to walk 10-20 mins to reach the Darjeeling hotel udaan nirvana, since I was travelling with my parents who are 76 and 63 years old. I think we need to tell people about this while booking. First time in my life I have stayed in a hotel without lift and walked 10-20 mins to reach hotel. Other than that all were good. Travel to Nathula pass was too good. Specific thanks to the driver of nathula pass to make our journey memorable.

Hotels and cabs were superb. Hotels were near to market area and cabs had super amazing drivers. Travel partner helped us beyond her limits. She is best at her job. Walking on Indo China border with holding my wife's hand. Changu lake.

Hed a good trip with help of Traveltriangle

I have booked the package because I found it is the cheapest than other travel agencies. While traveling with my wife I did not feel any difficulty, because it was well planned and organized by the agency. And the contact person from the agency(Arpana) was so cooperative. Even while at night 3 am I called her for help, she immediately arranged what I needed. Thanks for making my trip successful

We went to Gangtok, Pelling, Darjeeling All the drivers were highly experienced for such sharp curvy wavy roads, they were Energetic and interactive. Constant support from Lawrence on whatsApp and continuous discussion of any concern we had. Appreciate the quick response. Thanks Lawrence. The best part was the beautiful views from all 3 hotels we were allocated in, the views were exactly like the onces we asked while booking. I am writing this review after around 10 days post trip but still can recall the view from my hotel of Kanchenjunga mountain. Thanks for such beautiful location. I can recall while booking we were asked to change the previous hotel and get this one which had its gem of viewing Kanchenjunga from our hotel bed kind of little luck and Lawrence choice of stay but it was worth it every rupee. All 4 drivers were good in behavior. Note- just in case anyone reading this review willing to go Nathula pass, it's better that you reconfirm with driver and go up with pass because sometimes even after waiting for hours it doesn't fit right there. we hardly got any luck, to view Nathula pass with same reasons. But overall Sikkim and the services provided were fabulous, smooth, safe, beautiful, promising, adventures.

Pleasure & safe

The travel agent Aparna was good, helpful and efficient. The trip went exactly as per plan. Hotels offered at Gangtok and Lachung were good. Hotels offered at Lachen and Darjeeling were not up to the mark. All in all it was a satisfying experience. Visit to Kala patthar and yum thang valley was memorable and highlight of the trip.

Overall trip was organized properly....there were no hassle on the way to different places... Stay at both the location in pelling and gangtok was nice
