Dear All, I want to thank you for the nice trip we had to Sri Lanka, we really enjoined our time, it was such a great planning to our trip by your agent Miss Dimple, in addition to her great assistance cooperation, even when we had little problems there, she solved our issues directly in no time. We appreciate her prompt help and the professional way she work. the value compared to the quality was wonderful in overall point of view. Moreover the driver Babu, was a friendly and cooperative. The only point we had is the rooms booking, as apple holidays didn't book the required number of beds id each room, but with dimple assistance she cloud find a moderate satisfying solution for us. for the hotels, we were amazed by thurualiya lodge hotel, it was way better than our expectations, Colombo and Segeria hotels were satisfactory and Kandy hotel was just accepted. Thank you very much for this great experience we had with you. You will be always recommended all the time to our friends. Best Regards,

Apple holidays is a very nice organisation. I would definitely recommend these people to anyone who wishes to travel to Srilanka. The Shaffer guide was very polite and co-operative. Our travel expert (TT) was patient and did help us a lot. She costumised this package very well and made the best arrangements possible. I'm thankful to her for recommending apple holidays. You made it memorable. The whole journey was pleasent and relaxing.

Sri Lanka trip was an amazing experience for our small family - me,my husband and two children. Mr.Lal was an extremely friendly and caring guide throughout our trip.Although it was a short trip of 3 nights and 4 days we could see 3-4 different places like Kandy,Nuwara Eliya,Bentota and Colombo.And thanks to Mr.Lal,he went that extra mile to show us more spots. However we felt it would have been more fruitful if we avoided some of the commercial places like the wood shops,gem stone shops,ayurvedic centers and the other shops with their whooping prices.The accommodations with the BB meal plans were all excellent except for the Nuwara Eliya -Thuruliya Lodge where the staff was much rude and non co-operative.They hardly made us comfortable and refused to even take a print out of our air tickets from their system.Moreover we were provided with a cot with broken planks and my kid almost fell down from it. We felt there was too much travelling but we could also understand the importance of getting to a good place before the sun sets. The rest of the tour was excellent including the arrangements,co-ordination,breakfasts at the hotels and the overall hospitality. We definitely have very sweet dreams of our trip to Sri Lanka and we thank Travel Triangle and Apple Holidays for make this so memorable. A special mention for Ms.Shivangi of Travel Triangle who was very co-operative and provided each and every detail when required or not. She was a true professional and helped us a lot during the pre bookings and during the stay.

Long Beach Resort, Galle was fantastic! However, I personally did not like Pearl Grande. The food was very poor. So we're the services The upgrade to a suite in Galle and the view from each of the rooms.

We were in Sri Lanka for 7 days - and Ms. Dimple helped me put together the itinerary for the entire visit. I am extremely thankful to her for her ideas, inputs and suggestions. The guide provided - Mr. Dinuka was a fantastic guide. We had a great time throughout the trip with him. I would definitely recommend that Apple Holidays gives him a bonus for the wonderful ambassador he is - not only to Apple Holidays but also to Sri Lanka. We covered a lot of places in the time we had. It was fun for the kids. As the place is full of seafood, we also found it an interesting challenge to find vegetarian food. This was probably the only issue we had. But Dinuka ensured that he took us to the good hotels around, so we were not having too much of a problem, given his insight. The hotels booked by Dimple were good. Some of the hotels - I had booked directly. Over all, we found enough of everything we wanted - the beach, the wild animals, the mountains, the waterfall, the lake, the gardens, the historical places (I climbed up the Sigiriya rock), the turtle hatchery, the tree house and lots of fond memories. I would like to certainly go back to Sri Lanka again, with my family of course - sometime soon.

Our visit to Srilanka was good. Ms.Dimple from Travel Triangle helped us to plan our trip. But I would like to suggest to Apple Holidays regarding the Itinerary , it would be good if the list of places to be covered and the duration is specified before hand to the tourist because the driver/guide did not take us to most of the places expect for some commercial places in most of the cities. For 8 days /7 nights the following places were visited by us: Day 1 - Landed in Colombo around 11.00 AM- no activity Day 2 - In Dambulla - evening went for Elephant safari and Ayurveda massage. (didn't take us to Pinnawala) Day 3 - In Sirigya, visited the ancient fort, Spice Garden and then Cave temple Day 4 - In Kandy - visited Buddha tooth relic, Gem shop & Clothing Day 5 - In Nuwara Elliya - Visited Tea factory and then reached Yala Day 6 - In Yala - Jungle Safari (not recommended ) and then reached Bentota Day 7 - In Bentota - went for River Safari Day 8 - In Colombo - to the airport. Most of the time we were only travelling in the cab. Also clear update as to be given on the safari expenditure . Overall the experience was good.

The Visit to Srilanka was good. Planning with Travel Triangle was constructive and helpful. Niraj helped out in selecting the schedule and the places. A specific Con/Tip for other travelers is, Ask if the trip and the places you want to visit is possible in the selected duration. Clarify if the trip would be a leisure trip or hectic one. As our driver skipped many places telling us that in these much time only this is possible. It should be notified while booking the trip. As we were expecting a leisure trip. But it turned out to be too much of travelling. Though the hotels and the places met our expectations. All the Hotels were good. The Driver/Guide appointed by Apple Holidays were good. Few Cons which disappointed us - He made us carry our luggage till the car from the airport pickup point. (I was expecting the basic courtesy by taking at least my wife's bag) - He took us to all the places which were commercial places which helped him earn commission (I felt so). Places like Tea Factory, Gem shop, Wood shop, Spices shop. All these places where the goods were sold at a very expensive rate. and only when we checked out rates at other normal places we realized that we were looted badly. - We were expecting tourist places to visit in Kandy and Nuwara Elliya, But we were taken mostly to the Gem Shop/ Tea Factory/ Spice Shop / Wood Furniture Shop. Pros - The drivers know English well, and have a lot of local contact. which helps them get us through to our destination with comfort. - They know the place well. - They give you a fair estimate of the place. On the last day of our trip, a new driver was assigned to us, Who was good. and took us around the Colombo City and explained us facts about the city , He was very co operative. All in All the experience of the place was good. The planning could have been better. Drivers approach needs to improve slightly.

I tried booking hotels for Sri Lanka by myself previously, and it didn't turn out well. Hotels that looked ok on the booking web sites turned out to be a far lower quality of rooms and food than I wanted for my family. I found travel triangle, and asked for help booking a number of hotels around the country for a complex itinerary. I worked with Shivangi Joseph, describing what we were looking for, in terms of locations, and amenities. We changed to itinerary several times as I was researching activities in Sri Lanka, and each time, Shivangi & Apple Holidays adjusted the roster of hotels as requested, without any complaints. We just finished the trip... *all* of the 5 hotels that we booked were exactly what we asked for. We didn't encounter any filthy rooms, or reservation problems that we had run into when I booked myself. Very happy with Shivangi, Apple Holidays, and Travel Triangle for the attentiveness, quick responses, and knowledge to separate the truly awesome hotels from the many just pretending to be.

Trip was wonderful except hotel in colombo. Nuwara eliya restaurant was not gud and room is small. All the rest was very gud. Service by Apple is excellent.

The driver was very good and punctual. Very professional. Only negative we had was that we did not get free SIM card as promised per the travel itenerary.

The entire trip everything was wonderful. I would like to thank Niraj from Travel Triangle who helped in sorting the slight deviation from the plan which was happening. The chauffeur was very helpful and Hotels were wonderful except Berjaya Columbo. On our arrival they provided us a store room and expected us to stay there. When we denied their excuse was there are no free rooms. On raising our voice they provided a better room. In together for the entire trip except this bad experience in Hotel I'll give 10/10.

Sri Lanka - Kandy & Bentota. Nov last week. First and foremost a big thanks a ton to Shivangi from Travel Triangle, and their agent Apple Holidays. I was traveling with 2 little kids and they ensured we had the perfect holiday and stay. They are professional and helpful, and have an detailed eye for all the planning and execution. I would highly recommend them based on my experience and will surely use them again for my next holiday planning.

From the time i reached out to travel triangle the whole team was to the topic and all about my experience rather than milking money. Particular to say Niraj Kumar was constantly checking up on me regardin the visas, tickets and my comfort level of travel. They ensures i reached back safe.
