Great planning by travel triangle team and apple holidays. Most of the things were well planned and structured. Only thing that could have worked out well was the Colombo hotel. Rest all was fantastic. The driver & tour guide was really helpful and knowledgable.

Poor planning. Bad choice of hotels. Made me think they are money minded. When i booked through travel triangle, i clearly told the TT rep "Neeraj" that i dont know anything about srilanka. But clearly he nor apple holidays didnt plan the tour nor hotels properly. Nuwara Eliya was the worst. They gave us a hotel 30+ KMs away from Nuwara Eliya (Oakray Teabush) . When i asked Neeraj, he rudely replied back to saying he informed me earlier. But how do i know if this hotel is at same altitudes or not. The hotel was way below the altitude of nuwara Eliya (infact it was not even Nuwara Eliya... it was a place called Ramboda) and had not even 10% of the climate that was there in nuwara eliya. Even worser part is the room had no AC. The hotel arranged for pedestal fans as the room was warm. Several problems happened in other places too like pests&Insects inside the room in Magampura Eco Village etc... I had provided my feedback to both the chauffeur and Apple holiday (when they called in the middle of the tour). But Apple Holiday didnt bother to check for feedback after the trip. May be they didn't want negative feedbacks Also to give an example of poor planning of tour. They had suggested me Yala safari in the tour. I trusted them and took it. But it was completely raining and all we saw was some peacocks... and wasted 13700 LKR for it. When i enquired to the locals. People said it is rainy season there and usually there will be very limited sighting during this time. I seriously dont see any other reason for TT planning this except to charge us more for an extra day. If they had been experts they shud have asked me to avoid it. Next was i had wasted my 4th day travelling from Yala to Mirissa. All we did was traveling. 5th day was full packed with Whale watching traveling to bentota (with water sports, turtle hatchery etc)... The only upside was the chauffeur "Rovilvar", who was very humble and informative. This was my first trip with TT and i wasnt satisfied with their service. Nor with Apple Holiday. .

This was my first time ever with a travel agency as I always like to plan and book on my own. However, had a very good experience with Travel Triangle as got the best rates for the best properties and everything was really smooth. Thanks :)

I have to admit that I had to follow up a lot with travel triangle to get the things sorted out before my trip but the outcome was extra-ordinary. Arzoo from travel triangle did a great job in recommending quality hotels and ensuring best cab service. I got free upgrade of room category in almost all the hotels due to good repotation of Travel Triangle and Apple Holidays. Arzoo was available at all the times during the trip for any kind of support. Overall had a wonderful trip and great job Travel Triangle.

This was my second abroad trip with TT and the experience had been good. Continual guidance and prompt response by Ms Dimple Ranaut is really been appreciated. Keep up the good work!!

Except for one incident, “driver took money” and hotel quality at Colombo all was ok.
