Good Arrangements from Travel Triangle & Apple holidays , we had requested some changes still they accepted , could have been more liberal in terms of cancellation charges. The Chauffer Mr.Chandika was very humble and good all through the trip. we look forward for another exciting trip .Only Sigiriya and Safari were worth spending entrance fee , For temples entrance fee is too much should have been very nominal in Srilanka.

Hey, thank you traveltriangle for all the arrangements you made for our Sri Lanka trip. You truly made it memorable. This is our second time with you and you have again raised the bar. We did’nt faced any issue during our entire trip. Hotels were good, cab was in excellent condition, driver (Dinuka) was super helpful and he treated us as his family, sight seeing was great and agents from Apple holidays had always ensured that we don’t face any problem. Commendable service from them. 1. Right from our pickup till our departure date, the driver never left us. He always ensured we are safe and enjoying the trip. He was our guide, more than the driver. 2. Nuwala Eliya is the destination nobody should ever miss. I love its scenic beauty. I wish could have stayed more there. 3. The Earl reef hotel in Berulwa and Tea bush hotel in ramboda were so classy that we wished for staying there more. 4. We went to famous Ministry of crab restaurant in colombo to fillin our tummy with amazing food. 5. Climb to Singirya rock was an experience on its own. Amazing view from the top was totally worth it.

May be you can focus with Indian vegetarian food availability over there. So we can our enjoy trip with family. Waduwwa ocean queen resort.

I had no problems throughout the trip. Everything mentioned was provided, no false promice. Travel agent Shivangi was very helpful and the Driver provided to us MR. Joyce was a wonderful host.

A short but exciting trip. The hotels/rooms were amazing but located far from the city or major attractions. However, comfortable the car maybe, it was a little difficult and hectic to spend so much time simply travelling from one place to another. In short, car/driver and hotels were of best quality but their location based on the itinerary made the trip very hectic. New travellers don't understand distance, time, traffic of a new country please plan out an itinerary that does not require the guest to spend so much time on the road. Turtle hatchery and Sigiriya are definitely worth visiting

What can I say. From the planning to the day of the trip, I was mightily impressed with Shivangi! She did everything in her power to address all my doubts and queries. It was indeed a fantastic experience. Once the trip started things just started going downhill, though slowly, they were going downhill. We were at the mercy of the driver, who, it now seems, was there only to earn a cut on all the activities we did. The car was not at our disposal, but was there only to serve whatever itinerary had been made. The driver refused to cover anything not covered without asking us to pay an additional charge. He took us to places where we felt he had contacts and they charged us extra to accomodate his commission. I urge both travel triangle, as well as Apple Holidays to ensure that they provide the travellers with the costs involved in sightseeing and ensure that they aren't fleeced by drives/guides. The hotels were good. But the lack of experience shows in terms of the little things, e.g. I had requested Shivangi to provide wheelchair assistance to my mother and father. I assumed that if im asking for any sort of wheelchair assistance, then it would be presumed that I want wheelchair assistance in the flight as well. This wasn't given to us and my mother and father had to walk the entire lengths of both the airports. The good part about Apple Holidays was the fact that they kept calling to check on how the trip is going, which was really good on their part. Another request I have is to ensure that the drivers/guides are told not to fool the clients. At Cinnamon island, he made us pay LKR 1500 for cinnamon, saying it was 500gms but when we checked this morning, it weighed only 125gms. We are thoroughly disappointed with the driver, and in hindsight, we feel the tip that we gVe him was way too generous, thinking of how he has fooled us. Travel triangle and Apple Holidays, please check your screening process. In conclusion, if asked whether I will book again with travel triangle, my answer is maybe. I can't grudge Shivangi's commitment one bit as she was always there solving our doubts and the rest. But the sheer inexperience is what will make me question whether I can take a chance with travel triangle again. Thank you for the trip! We did have fun :)

Firstly let me thank Neeraj for helping me book for the Sri Lanka trip within a small duration of time . He is very helpful and very patient and professionally handles the situation and understood my requirements and helped me give the best of the best . Now coming up with the apple travel agency they had planned everything very great fully and it was the best and had periodic check with us if we had any difficulties. Finally thanks to Neeraj and Apple making my trip memorable

Ms. Shivangi from Travel Triangle planned the trip & was very very helpful. Sri Lanka is an excellent place to visit / relax. Being a vegetarian - our Diver took extra effort in locating a decent place. During our travee period -IndianTV channels stated - Sri Lanka with violence taking place & Lankan Govt. declared emergency - we didn't notice /had any issue what so ever during our travel. APPLE Holidays are good people to deal with and they were in touch with us on a daily basis just to inquire that every thing is all right. Over ALL i will rate the trip very GOOOODDDD.
