Sharmila Travels and Tours which owns Apple Holidays was setup as an air travel and tour management company in 1985. It received its IATA status in 1990 and was one of the few agents in Sri Lanka to receive the membership during that period. As part of its travel management services, Sharmila Travels & Tours offers airtickets, hotel reservations, transportation services, outbound tour arrangements,destination management services, corporate travel & expense management, seamen transportation and other related services such as visa, insurance, etc. The company is among the top 5 agents in terms of sales for several airlines that serve the SriLankan market. Apple Holidays is equally specialized in Maldives and got best deals which are highly competitive in world market.

All hotels were good except Thambapanni in unawatunna. There was no phone in the room which was on the 2nd floor. Each time I had to come down for a request. Drinking water was not provided in the room and this was something that is basic in a 3 star. Wifi was promised but was only provided later when I complained about it. TV had just 4 channels and did not have cricket that was live between India and Sri Lanka. The water pressure in the shower was very low and continued to be so. Please don't recommend this hotel to any of u r customers. Thanks. The chauffeur was brilliant and above excellent service was provided byihim - ERIC

We would like to thank you and Apple Holidays for arranging our tour to Sri Lanka. We had a wonderful time and found every thing in line. Kingsbury hotel was very comfortable with good service and food. Planning and organization of sightseeing was great. Transport arrangements were good. The Driver, Mr. Sarath, was very helpful. Its been a pleasant trip to sri lanka. I got good rates and satisfactory hotels. Although food was a problem in the hotels we selected the hotel ambiance itself was good and people courteous. I would suggest to Apple Holidays to have a better English speaking driver and little more informed on the history of the places if possible. Thanks

Apple Holidays were very stubborn & patient while communicating. I'm completely satisfied by their support and the services they gave in Sri Lanka. The chauffeur was really helpful and a very nice guy. We selected for 4 nights - 5 days trip. The road travel was hectic. Except that the whole experience was awesome. Madhu Canal Boating & Ashoka Vanam/Vati are the best places you will see!
