Sharmila Travels and Tours which owns Apple Holidays was setup as an air travel and tour management company in 1985. It received its IATA status in 1990 and was one of the few agents in Sri Lanka to receive the membership during that period. As part of its travel management services, Sharmila Travels & Tours offers airtickets, hotel reservations, transportation services, outbound tour arrangements,destination management services, corporate travel & expense management, seamen transportation and other related services such as visa, insurance, etc. The company is among the top 5 agents in terms of sales for several airlines that serve the SriLankan market. Apple Holidays is equally specialized in Maldives and got best deals which are highly competitive in world market.

Our trip was good , could have been great. Dimple was very patience and very responsive so a big shout out to her for everything. The vehicle provided to us was very good, very comfortable and clean. Our driver was very good but could have been more interactive. One disappointing point was that we were taken to private vendors who were very expensive, for example the wild life safari tour the jeep cost 6000 LKR through the govt vendor but we had to pay 13000 LRK, we were made aware of it only after the trip. The driver should be informed to give the customer all the information before hand. The trip got a little on the expensive side because of these private vendors. other than that it was a good trip.

We had a very memorable trip to Sri Lanka in November 2018. Our cab driver was a localite and knew the routes very well. My 3.5 year old daughter enjoyed the most which made us satisfied even more. The hotel's were clean and excellent in their service. Only improvement that I would recommend is don't take the tourist to their local cuisine restaurants. Like our driver took us to Indian restaurants twice (and we were from India) and the taste was not up to the mark. The tourists would always prefer local joints of the country/place they are visiting. Overall it was a fantastic experience booking with Travel triangle, with special mention for their prompt service (Dimple Ranaut) and I would recommend it widely to my family members and friends. Turtle hatchery and 21 island tour were the best memories and is a must visit for people travelling to Sri Lanka (although always carry a mosquito repellent while visiting the 21 islands).

I highly recommend holiday travel, I booked everything online and after arrival everything was as expected. service was great, follow up from the agency was awesome and the service from the chauffeur was superb. best part is that we utilized every single day of the trip although it was only 3 nights. Thanks for wonderful Srilankan trip arranged by you but while travelling we observed the itinerary provided by you was highly disappointing as covering all places mentioned were not possible....Also once we made our entire payment reaching you was very difficult for our any query as you never responded our calls and had excuses about same.....We really need to think hard to connect you while planning our next trip again Colombo visit and Madhu River Safari were my best memories in our trip

Hotels at Colombo and nuwara iliya are worst hotels. No basic Fecilitre's. They're not star hotels . Don't cheat your valuable customers. Driver and vehicle are very good.

When i had booked through Travel triangle i had clearly mentioned i was looking for a solo trip. All the tour locations suggested were the same as which was provided for family tours. Please try to understand what the customer is trying to explore and provide some customized tour packages as part of the experience instead of just give some pre-planned packages which makes it easy from your sake and easily charge the customer. If Travel triangle is providing the same experience as some other tour agency i dont see the point of planning my travels through your site.
