Had a amazing experience of Sri Lanka with Travel Triangle and specially with our trip guide Ms. Stuti Gupta. Ms. Stuti is very supportive and polite. She gave her complete suppoprt to us 24x7 even in her festive holidays and during the whole trip she was with me through phone. Also want to thank Apple Holidays Team for supporting us over there and we felt us free to contact them anytime. Lot of thanks to Travel Triangle team again.

Thank you Ms.Shivangi from Travel Triangle and Mr.Shone from Apple Holidays for organizing this magnificent trip to Sri Lanka. This has been our first experience outside India and needless to say, it was nothing short of our expectations. The hotels were amazing and so was the chauffeur cum guide. We were enthralled while exploring Sri Lanka. Couple of things which could ha been better: 1. Hotel at Nuwara Eliya (Heaven Seven Hotel) was not upto the mark. The room was too small for 3 people, looked more like a double room. 2. I had requested for 2 SIMs on arrival and received only 1. Initially, I was told the SIM would be loaded with $1 or $2 and user has to top-up as per need. The SIM that as provided to us has 0 balance. Later, it was topped-up with LKR 100, which is not the promised amount. Overall, a great trip and thanks again. Looking forward to booking the next one :)

Trip was awesome... All arrangements were very good.. Our driver cum guide Mr krishan was helping and good person. Got very good service on Airport and entire trip..

Shivangi was excellent in her response and planning the trip, our tour guide Prasad was very good and was well versed with all the places. overall we had very good experience. Just a word of caution refrain from buying stuff either from the gem museum(ISINI) or other places, gems are authentic but over priced if you decide to buy them ask them for at least 30% of the quotes.

Previously we traveled to Philippines and took A package from travel triangle and experience was horrible but again we took a chance for sri lanka and because of driver we felt awesome and services was also good.Thanks for apple holidays and sameera (tour guide). Thanks for travel triangle

Our Driver Rahim from Apple Holidays was excellent. He guided us diligently. Vishaal from TravelTriangle was very responsive and patiently helped us in customising our Sri Lanka vacation. The jungle safari at Wilapattu. Staying at the forest camp was an unique experience. The European themed streets of Ella. the pristine blue ocean. Sri Lanka as a whole was beyond what I expected. Very tourist friendly, excellent roads, well connected and you have many luxurious resort options at lower price.

The itinerary was good and it set quite some expectation for the trip. Vehicle was good and neat. But the driver was un cooperative and didn't have sufficient knowledge about the locations. Looked like he was exploring the places along with us. We were even charged for parking in Gregory Lake Park which was supposed to be part of the package. The hotel in Nuwara Eliya and in Colombo was sub par and not at all 3 star hotels (Lack of cleanliness, broken furniture, torn and dirty linen, pungent smelling rooms) making our stay unpleasant. The restaurants where we were taken for lunch/dinner by him were worst. We were charged exorbitant prices for all the food items. He didn't help us to negotiate the prices anywhere. The driver was not willing to pick up/ drop as per our timing requirements or convenience. It was as per his convenience. Thus we ended up paying for local conveyance for our usual sight seeing. The prices charged by travel agency for sight seeing activities were over the top high (e.g: Whale watching through agency was 9000/- LKR per head whereas we scouted and arranged a local agent for the same activity and paid 6500/- LKR which included free pick-up and drop and breakfast) Last but not the least, we almost missed our flight to Chennai because of the routes and driving style of the driver. Luckily we had Google Maps and came to know about the alternate highway route which had toll again paid by us. We will never recommend this agency or driver again for our family/friends visiting Sri Lanka. All the places which we added separately that were not part of the itinerary was the most enjoyable experience for us.

The first and for most I like to thank and appreciate ms.naina I'm really touched and amazied by the service she provided from the day I started to check the quote for my trip till the time I cam back after the trip she was the one who co ordinated for all and provided all information and made me soo comfortable. I'm really amazied by her service it's really good to a staff like her with travel trangle I really enjoyed my trip special thanks to travel triangle and apple holidays for making this trip wonderful. And I was a wonderful stay in blue beach resort I just loved it
