TT has given me a memorable trip. That was awesome experience. Agents should be even more friendly. I was following up for an information. If that info was given by travel agent without me following up several times, it would have been even more good. People at Sri Lanka we're charging us more for everything. TT should include entry fee for all Itinerary. Beach view room given by hotel.

We had a memorable trip to Sri Lanka. Absolutely loved the hospitality we received from the staff of the hotels and especially the driver. The hotels booked by travel triangle met all our needs and our trip was smooth because of the arrangements made by travel triangle. We enjoyed our stay most at Joe’s resort in Bentota however we loved our stay at Kandy and Nuwara Eliya as well. Every place had a different and refreshing feeling! Definitely going to recommend Travel Triangle to many and also would plan many trips in future with them. Our Agent Stuti was very helpful and planned the trip as per our need. No use of local knowledge. Last hotel was more than 15 km away from city. Other hotel were also just average. Driver was too busy in his own life (made video calls during drive). Siteseeing was also very limited and average. Every city need atleast 2 days. Ask to include visit points in itenarary.

Ahmed is the agent assigned to me, he charged the candle light dinner for 100$ but I have bill which says 83$, when asked for the refund he says altogether different story.Hoped agents are trustworthy

My overall experience with travel triangle was good. The cab driver showed recommended us places which were outside the itinerary and also gave his unbiased opinion about varous attractions. The entire planning by travel triangle made our trip so effortless and all we had to worry about was getting ready and sitting in the cab. Looking forward to more trips with travel triangle. P.S. the only huddle was the anniversary cake was in the itinerary but it seems there was a communication gap with the hotel staff. On enquiry, they initially apologised as they said they had no information but later the hotel manager planned something which was available. I feel communication on these things could be improved as many times the trips are on special occasions and it becomes tough for the customer to get a cake/flowers in a foreign country. Thanks

So the trip started on a very good note with the Pinnewala elephant orphanage. Here and at various other places, the chauffeur helped negotiate the seemingly exorbitant prices with the local vendors. Two out of the 3 hotels were excellent .The Blue beach hotel at Wadduwa was a bit of a disappointment. The first disappointment was that the hotel was an hour away from Bentota (which was the main destination of this leg of the trip) Since we were in a hurry to get back, we could only enjoy around half an hour at the beach. At the hotel, The food was disappointing, bathrooms smelled and the private beach was full of crabs and garbage which ruined the chances of making up for the lesser time we had at Bentota beach. However, colombo city was great as was the hotel-Galadhari. Even though our chaueffuer kris was a constant help throughout the trip, he dropped us at the airport earlier than we would have wanted to probably because he was in a hurry to get back home - we couldn't have lunch at the airport because of the earlier than usual arrival and this cut short our trip by more than half a day. Though despite the hiccups, it was a good experience and I would recommend it to my friends and family.

Everything was good. Except for the hotel in Nuwara Eliya. Could hv been improved. Bt overall was good. Visit to Nuwara Eliya & lovely beaches in Bentota.

Sri Lanka never seized to amaze us. The entire trip was like a dream come true. So was Maldives. Our chauffeur Kasun treated us like a family member. We had the bestest trip of our life. Entire array of wildlife in Sri Lanka including 1. Feeding the orphan elephants 2. Rescuing the baby turtles and releasing them into the sea. 3. The tooth temple and cultural dance at kandy 4. The beaches of bantota 5. Amazing whales The Maldivian islands were amazing as well including 1. The vast marine life 2. The cute little island of Ranaalhi 3. The shark and dolphin safari. 4. Scuba and snorkling excursions

Arrangement of hotel and food was good. Customer care service is also very prompt

It was a memorable trip but we felt damn tired travelling,since it was our first trip out of india soon after marriage it ended up tiredness. However it would have been better if the travel agent has suggested about d distances and travel time.. we weren’t aware of it. Please try to suggest d good packages that would be feasible for travel time. Otherwise we are good about the trip. We couldn’t visit or spend more time on places due to time shortage. Thank you!

Many false promise made and not disclose the charges for without entrance

Hi ALL, I Had a Wonder full Trip to Srilanka with my wife, Covered Destinations Colombo, Nuwara Eliya , Bentota , Kandy... Travel Traingle executive Shivangi was very helpful and guided me till last movement., Experience was Very good with all the destinations and Hotels. Except for Ramboda Falls hotel we had issue, All facilities were good, Driver uncle was excellent. I had paid some extra amount to agency may be 20 $ , had no response from the team, Also Agents have to frequently check how things are going with trip .. I would Recommend this trip for any couple to choose ,, Price was also OK

Good Service

We had a comfortable and good journey in Srilanka. But we could not see all the places listed in the itinerary. We understand that it wouldn't have been possible to complete the itinerary as too many places were squeezed in. A more thorough plan should be custom made keeping in mind the age of the travellers. Also wifi was not available in the rooms in any of the hotels. It was inconvenient as we could not talk to our families freely sitting in a lobby where wifi was picked. Our successful climb to the cave temple, Sigariya top and ravana cave. We had a very good driver who was helpful and patient with us.
