Good trip. Chauffer was facing payment issues and borrowed money from me for fuelling. Slightly intrusive and talkative.

Everything was like planned and promised.

Everything went perfectly fine with this trip. With good Chauffer and hotels..

Thanks to travel triangle and indhika (our travel agent) for making this trip very memorable for us.. Indhika was an amazing host and became a great friend of us. He is the guide which every traveller expects to be with.

It was good experience to visit Sri Lanka. Can and driver was really good.

It was a great experience but few callouts. 1. There is weird tipping system. Everybody expects good tip there especially our driver Mr. Upali. He expected lunch, good tip everyday. His attitude was also not acceptable. 2. We stayed in Coco Royal Beach Resort which was in kalutara 25kms away from bentota, whereas I asked for hotel in bentota. We had to go to Bentota for city tour with our driver Upali, who talked more and drove less stopping everywhere without any reason. Resort's bed and mattresses were not comfortable and also food served there was not hot hence didn't like it. But the view is great. 3. Day 3 we were to move from kalutara to Unawatuna via Galle(had lunch there) and Upali took more then 6 hours to cover that distance which was merely of 2 hours. He started showing where he studied, where he played etc hence we had to ask him to move faster which he didn't listen and moved as per his will, hence our whole experience was pathetic due to him. I will suggest not to assign him to anyone. He wastes lot of time and you will miss most of things due to him. When we reached hotel he came to know that we will be going to Mirissa with somebody else,as I requested for driver change, he started arguing with us as he was expecting to earn some money in whale watching safari. 4. We stayed at kabalana hotel which was just amazing. Rooms were great and comfortable and beach too was awesome.Food and staff was also good. If you want breads ask them to cook for you prior to meal. 5. We went to Mirissa for whale watching with new driver. He was nice and gentle but he wasn't reserved for full day by Apple Holidays(as per our itinerary he should have been there till evening). We were at Mirissa beach and he started saying around 12pm lets go back I have other customers to pick. Hence we had to leave there early and we came back to hotel then and enjoyed there only. 6. Next day we had to reach ella via national park. Our new driver Mr. Udhana was really great. He drove fast and we could visit Udawalawe national park on time and then reached ella too by 5pm. He showed us ella city. He brought us back to Colombo next day and gave us quick sneak peak around Colombo's few attractions. 7. Overall our trip could have been much better if our first driver was better. We could have covered more places but a big shout to Dimple for managing so well. Sri Lanka is indeed a beautiful place to visit. I would like to visit there again and would like to learn surfing too.

This was our second trip from travel triangle , the first being our honeymoon in Bali. There were a lot of issues while planning the trip. Initially we finalised with Amara Lanka but they failed to keep up-to their words. So we had to escalate this issue to travel triangle to cancel the deal and help us with refund. Mukesh from travel triangle intervened and helped us to cancel the deal with Amara Lanka and suggested Apple holidays to us. We had already booked our hotels and tickets so we took only transportation from apple . Needless to say, our driver Isuru was extremely helpful .He made our trip really comfortable . He was patient enough to understand our requirements and took us to genuinely good food joints and shopping places. For the driver and condition of the car 5* Coming back to the service of Apple , they didn't call us once before, during or even after the travel. Disappointed with this kind of Customer service . Regarding travel triangle -Again a five star for interventing (Mr Mukesh) at the right time when we had a conflict with Amara Lanka and helping us get only the Transportation. I would like to thank two people Neeraj for coordinating with apple holidays and getting us a fair deal. There's one thing that I want to mention we got the driver details a few hours before our travel.We had to repeatedly call Neeraj seeking an update. This ain't professional and expected from TT. The reason cited by them is it's busy season. I agree Christmas and new year is busy season but it's not the first time we are travelling at this time of the year. It would have been great if all necessary details are given to the travellers at least one day before journey. Also we have some agents like direct link and Amara Lanka who are frauds and mislead travellers. Would suggest everyone to avoid these agents and also travel triangle to ban these agents. Regards, Chandrani Tip : please get everything documented from the agents before travelling.

The trip was planned in advance. We ended up paying more than originally outlined. This was due to difficulty paying on their online system and having to make smaller installments where foreign exchange fees were incurred. I was not pleased with this. We got driver AND a guide. This was redundant. The driver didn't speak much English although very polite and a safe driver. The vehicle was always clean and ok but no seat belts inside. On winding mountain roads your back hurts from the jerky motions of car. We were given airline tix on red eye overnight flight which made us exhausted. When I asked to have flight switched to earlier time they did not do this. We arrived bleary eyed and were immediately taken to expensive tourist trap shops. We did not get to see much on itinerary because of the multiple stops at shops that first day. We missed botanical garden because of this. Shops were interesting but we were told to tip everyone. We liked visiting the Hindu and Buddhist temples along the road. Guide was polite but on trip he made stops to make bank run and get vegetables for himself one day. He discouraged us from seeing interior of temple of tooth which I am glad we ignored him because it was interesting. We enjoyed the turtle hatchery and madhu boat ride but were charged exorbitant prices. Our first hotel was located very far from Kandy but had good scenic view. Last hotel Citrus Waskuduwa was too far from Galle in middle of nowhere. We didnt have time to see Galle. I wish the last hotel I picked and that it was in Galle so I could visit the town better and see stilt fisherman located south of Galle. I would have done itinerary differently and also made sure to include more history and points of interest instead of expensive shops to give guide commission like gem museum which is only a jewellry store.

I would like to place on record my appreciation for the excellent service rendered by Ms Stuti Gupta who too great pains not only in incorporating my choice of destinations but also coordinating with the local agency during our trip when certain issues arose ensuring a quick and satisfactory resolution even on a Sunday It is persons like Ms Gupt that make TravelTriangle so special to customers like me. Excellent arrangement

I want to say thanks to "stuti gupta" and mr upali for well managing my trip. Hotel cabs all services were very good. The thing that didnot go well was travelling. What i mean , 75 percent of our time we spent on travelling due to which our overall experience with srilanka did not go well. But stuti gupta cordination was very good she is very helpful and availave 24*7 and also mr upali was so knoweldgble and so kind so thank to both of you

One of the best packages . A long and hectic tour made very light by the company. Even a family could travel Sigriya, Anuradhapura, Mirissa whale watching, Madu River Safari

enjoyed in Colombo but in bentota hotel is not up to the expectation.

Travel triangle was very helpful in solidifying our trip. I knew where I wanted to go, but Travel Triangle helped me with the hotel bookings and the great resorts! I will surly be making my future bookings on this site. Thank you for a memorable trip!
