Travel was not made by me. I m a Travel Agent and my client visited but they loved it.

I had a great experience working with Direct Link for this trip. I always preferred a customized package as most of the standard packages are massively commercialized and lack the personal touch. Direct Link was very cooperative in coordinating a trip which was exactly what i needed- dedicated vehicle and chaufferer, luxury of choosing time and trip days for various locations and sightseeing and also a very helpful guide- Mr.Saman who helped us with food, restaurants,bargaining,forex and dealing with locals. Overall a satisfying experience and would recommend to anyone looking for a PERSONAL vacation. Kandy and Nuwara Eliya are natural lovers delight. Ramboda Waterfalls and the white water rafting experiences were unforgettable.

Had a awesome and hassle free memorable travel experience with Travel Triangle and Direct Link. The Travel executive of Direct Link Dilani was awesome and took great care in managing the entire trip, her customer support is excellent. Our cab driver Saman was very friendly , polite, excellent driver and was a great help during the entire trip. The entire travel was memorable experience, Dilani took good care of us, one of the hotel was poor in maintenance she quickly gave us a replacement hotel and next day upgraded to a better hotel The driver Saman was very friendly, polite and cooperative. Had an awesome experiance.

Prompt and efficient service. Travel triangle executive went a step further and got me a last minute quote with confirmed bookings. It was a very pleasant experience with travel triangle and i would definitely book on travel triangle again. A very memorable trip organized on a short notice. Direct link staff and guide were very helpful. the vehicle provided was also very good. i would recommend direct link for their services and experience. wonderful and courteous people in srilanka made our trip even better.

comments hotels: one hotel did not have A/C, even though I booked all hotels WITH A/C. The hotel in Kandy was not nice, you should offer something more in the city. comments travel agency: the preparation (quotes and responses were very good and fast) I would only recommend this travel agency to anybody if they make sure they make the payment BEFORE leaving. I tried to do this online before leaving, it was not working. I was then asked NOT to do it and pay after arrival. After arriving I was told I need to go to Colombo, but I booked to go one day to Negombo, so refused. The online link to pay did not work. I was then chased and treated in a not so nice way, and even the poor driver was chased. This was definitely not acceptable and leads to my rating of "poor". It took you nearly until the end of my holidays to provide a link that was working so that I could pay and the chasing ended. Finally. The driver was really excellent. The country and the people are very friendly and I enjoyed the holidays very much the time I was not chased

I liked my experience with Travel Triangle. Good coordination with agent and fast response. Payment was easy and secure. In Mirissa we really disliked our hotel. Agent had a really quick response and moved us to a more expensive hotel at no extra charge. Well appreciated!! In general everything was very well arranged.

Booking with Travel Triangle was quite a good experience. Got prompt response from TT once I have my request. Received response from 3-4 different operators. It was so easy to get customization and revised quotes from the operator you desire to pursue the case with. Payment process was also simple. One thing that I would recommend to Travel Triangle is that the assigned trip advisor should also suggest the places one can visit and which location is best for staying in particular city.

Cost effective trip Especially the greens along the drive to Nuwara Eliya and Mountain. Its really beautiful and chill.
