It was great experience travelling. All the hotels were great only one hotel was average. That was also great in terms of service but it was old buildings. Chauffeur was great in guiding us throughout the trip.

In over all trip gave an awesome and memorable experience. Got an immediate response from Ms. Dilhari, she customized the package completely to my suggestions. I have asked her to make customization multiple times she didn't even hesitate to do while other agents did. We had a much friendly driver and guide Mr. Ismath , he took care of us throughout the journey. We miss him when the trip is about to end, that friendly he was. I will definitely suggest direct link toy friends as well Only the drawback is car back door glass is stuck and unable to open. Since glass has think sun proof could not enjoy the scenery from inside the car . Hope this will be fixed

Very good experience except the journey time which was very long and not explained to us .we spent almost half time in travelling. guide everyone Regarding the travel time.its better to stay nuwereliya then kandy . Centara hotel and beach was amazing. In Raddison colombo Sea facing room and swimming pool was awesome .
