Habarana hotel and food was awesome. Team actually were transparent about what they are booking etc. We were given options of available hotels and we were let to choose as well. We were only 3 girls travelling so it was pretty safe with driver. He was very cooperative and caring. We planned last moment and we had prior plan to visit places same way our tour was customised within shortest time. Road trip, night river rafting, srilankan authentic food at dambulla, sigiriya trekking, arrival of elephant on the road was adventurous.

Good travel agency with poor experience staff, their definition of 3 star hotel means, in trip adviser review is good. I request to book all three star hotel but two place guest house given, was totally non standard. Remaining service remain good, driver is not fully aligned not with us . if you are veg, u may be in problem due to some times driver and your travel organizer can refuse to take in town for veg food. and booked hotel very very limited veg with one kitchen. They charged 30 dollar to add one temple, was 45 km away, and two time advised for adjusting for food. travel agent is not responding on call due to holy day. she forgot breakfast arrangement in hotel.

Well it was the most advanced trip I have ever been on. A handset and a mini was delivered upon arrival. The was as clean as new. Very comfortable and good ride. Driver was informative and knew what could be done in the time we had. The boat ride that we did and the elephant orphanage. My kids loved every bit of our trip.

wow an amazing trip organized by Sonali; travel triangle and Direct Links. Right from the pick up on first day to drop on last day, every moment was taken care nicely. the guide cum driver Mr Saman was very freindly, nice and made our travel very comfortable. the only thing which we didnt like was the hotel Hill Pride in Nuwara Eliya and its hospitality. Whale watching in Mirissa, cultural show in Kandy and the The Palms hotel in Bentota and its beach are must.

We went on 5 day trip to Srilanka.This was my first experience of travel triangle. I must say that they lived up totally upto my expectations. There wad a driver waiting for us at the airport, the car was very modern and comfortable. The hotels were very good and comfortable. Definitely a word of appreciation for Nurshida of direct link srilanka who was extremely patient and accommodated all my requests. A word of caution though,beware of the typical tourists traps such as the tea factory,gem museums and the so called spice gardens.Can be easily avoided. They are extremely commercial. Be a well read tourist and go the recommended places.you will get plenty of sound advice from tourists.Other than this little aspect,everything was perfect.I will definitely plan my next trip witb travel triangle. The sigriya rock without a doubt

Tour guide Mr.Dilshan was very cooperative & informative,In one of the hotel the service was not upto the mark,however the overall trip was nice As per our trip plan second day we went to yala national park & we were very lucky to see cheetah hunting buffalo which was very nice to see.
