I think they keep what they promise and that is just great, the payment gateway etc is cool, so it is convenient. For this trip I think Akarsh was great and he made sure that what was promised was delivered. The only negative- other person who called me and followed up ( apart from Akarsh) had no clue about travel needs, it was like talking to a tape recorder - total one way communication and a repetitive one!

Fast, easy and hassle free. Very flexible and accommodating, which makes the tour very personal. Nuwara Eliya and Hikkaduwa. We had a great driver (Dilshan) which made our trip even more memorable.

It was an excellent co-ordination and planning from Travel Triangle and Direct Link for my short tour. The most important thing is that the employees of Direct Link like Driver Mr.Saman was very co-operative and an excellent person and even with Mr.Nasreen also. As committed the Wifi in vehicle was not available as the provided router was not working. It would have been great if a tape recorder was fixed in the vehicle.

I booked transportation only option from Direct link. They gave a nice toyota prius car but the wifi did not work very well. However Saman was an excellent driver and guide and we were able to see alot of things during my trip. I would recommend Direct link travel to others.

We had a good holiday in Sri Lanka, we had a good support from Direct Link.Very minor issues, which would be inevitable.The van and the courtesy of Driver was Good. Except that he wasn't a great guide. His language command wasn't good, but we cant expect anything better.The travel agent could have printed out more details of the locations( sply archeological sites) and its importance..historical background etc.On the whole, we will still say that Direct link was good choice.We thank you for giving a link to the travel agent.
