The best hotel was Amaya Hill in Kandy which was truly amazing in terms of location and food, you can imagine our experience of hotels then went down the drain and at Bentota we cried looking at the hotel promised. We were promised 4 star hotels for the amount we had paid for a trip to SriLanka and I felt CHEATED when we reached Bentota. It was not even a 2 star hotel, The location was great, but I have attached images and videos of the hotel we were given. Why we had to chose the hotel because Direct Link failed to book our hotel - Earl's reef and we were given options that were not up to the mark. We stayed at Rockside beach resort, and looking at the pictures we did not think it would be that bad when we reached there. It was humid, and hot, and the fan was not even working in their reception area. Well, Bentota is quite HOT and in a 4-star resorts, you expect AirCodition in the public area, but No, there were not AC in the reception area or the restaurant. We went to our rooms and it looked like a room in DHARAMSHALA, Lighting was BAD, room was in bad shape, mosquito net had mosquito hanging and we had to ask them to take it down because the Fan did not help. AC's position is in a direction that did not serve it purpose. Moreover, there was fungus on the roof, and water was dripping off the AC. We had two rooms, and both were same, so they had basically added a third bed in a room of two bed. When we asked for water, they simply denied and handed over RO water, not sure why. When we asked to give us more tea bags, they denied saying, its only one tea bag per person per day. Can you imagine how that felt? We were happy leaving the place for the day and coming back at night because the smell in the hotel and all the rooms were simply BAD. It was not a livable place. After seeking help from directlink, they said, refiund cannot happen as payment is done. nothing can be done. We moved from bentota to Colombo to Radisson hotel and we thought now nothing can go wrong and then on the reception I was told, that my dinner is not included in the hotel. I spoke to Direct Link and they said, its not there, but we were promised that it would be HALF BOARD for all the stays. Please see images I am sharing.

Well planned , organised. Good communication Only thing is last day of my trip, in colombo we reached at night , so couldnt cover much there...we could ve planned in such a way that colombo sight seeing was given preference over places like Galle fort. But rest assured everything went well

We had an amazing time in Sri Lanka. Dilhari from Direct Link made such an amazing itinerary for us and what can i say about hospitality. People of Sri lanka are so polite, kind and soft spoken, I am in awe of the people and country. We visited Sigirya, Kandy , Nuwara Eliya, Yala and Bentota and each and every destination was beautiful than other. You just cannot go wrong with the trip to sri-lanka. A must visit for every indian, as it is not only a beautiful country but also a place of important significance of Hindu culture.

We had a great experience I feel its too expensive for the hotels we stay and the total cost of the trip Apart from that others are good Driver /guide was so polite and patient and he took us to all places as per our wish We enjoyed especially mirissa The hotel in mirissa was super cool

A bunch of wonderful memories! Beautiful country and Direct Link made every effort to make it a memorable one. Dilhari handled all preps and planning taking care of all our requirements patiently and beautifully. Our Chauffeur Rahman Bhai was excellent. He made sure we didn't miss out anything mentioned in the itinerary. He took care of us throughout our stay. The hotels and the food was excellent. Highly recommended Direct Link if you are planning a trip to Sri Lanka.

We had a wonderful time in Sri Lanka. The service was very good and had a great travel experience We got to witness the beauty of Nuwar Eliya and enjoy their wonderful service at Victoria suites. I would love to travel to Sri Lanka again to witness the scenic beauty and enjoy river rafting .
