Direct Links did a good job arranging our vacation to Sri Lanka. The vehicle, driver were good. But yes the hotel bookings were a little disappointing and could have been better. We were provided with a map, sim-card, water-bottle by the driver at our arrival at the airport. The vehicle had wifi, so connectivity wasn't an issue. We had lot of places in our itinerary, so we had to stretch out our schedule, spending around 3-4 hours traveling. The entire trip was dependent on the driver's knowledge of local places and guidance, luckily we had a good one. Thank You, Direct Links !! It was a memorable trip !! Sri Lanka is a beautiful place, the route from Colombo to Galle is fascinating. I would recommend the train ride too. Make sure you visit Hikkaduwah, Bentota, Galle. They have got lovely beaches. Kandy, Nuwara Eliya are beautiful too - Gregory Lake, a dinner at the boat-shaped Chinese restaurant under the moon . We had a great time at Ramboda waterfalls. Pinnawala Elephant Orphanage can be avoided, it has been completely commercialized, my suggestion avoid it. But Sri Lanka, is beautiful, it is a paradise in its own way.

A very well arranged holiday and everything was perfect. The car and driver provided was very good and co-operative. All hotel arrangements were absolutely perfect. Thanks to the whole team for a well planned vacation. We had a very good time and our rotation was extremely good the right rotation.

Well organised trip by Direct Link. Driver (Dilshan Ayya) knew every place where we should go and where we should eat. Overall an excellent experience. Ms Nurshida (From Direct Link) took special care and kept in touch on daily basis till our departure.

The trip was arranged within 48 hours before the travel date, I got a great service in terms of cooperation and providing alternatives option of hotels. They were in touch before, during, and after the tripnto make sure that my expectations met. The car was in pristine condition.

the driver was too low knowledgeable about the travel places. We wasted our time in travelling and missed out a few places .The driver wasted time asking people about location. feel frustrated . lovely places

It was good overall. however, the hotel arranged for the last night before we left for airport was bad. it was only for a few hours as requested, but expected better

Firstly thanks to travel triangle for getting me in touch with the local Sri Lankan travel agent Direct link. Direct link was above our expectations in terms of professionalism and handling the guest right from day 1 to day 9 everything was perfect. Last day we had an incidence with the airport villa which did spoil our trip but that when reported is being taken care by Direct Links seperately. Overall a perfect trip thanks to Direct links and travel triangle Mandalay villa was superb!! And our Sri lankan brother Awn (I would not like to call him a Driver) he really took the best care for us.

Meticulously planned itinerary keeping in mind most of our requirements. Travel agent needs to be more sensitive to the fact that unavailability / limited availability of vegetarian foods can act as a spoil sport as was the case with us. Whale watching @ Merissa, snorkelling @ Hikkadua and pristine beaches of Bentota.

We had mixed set of experiences. Firstly, it was well coordinated by Travel Triangle executives and Direct Link executive was in constant touch too. The hotel stay was good through out and so was the food. Me being a vegetarian did not much options though. That one thing which did not go well in our trip was our check in on Day1. Our flight details was already communicated to, yet on reaching the hotel, since the check in time was 2pm, we had to sleep in the cab from 4am-10am. Later, to kill time we did visit places around and then finally the check in happened at 12. The cab provided was comfortable and the driver was ok. Restaurants recommended for having meals had buffet system with limited options for vegetarians again, so I would end up having from the a la cart menu. The best place to shop was Colombo, unfortunately we ran out of currency and the credit card did not work, and the offices were closed so we couldn't more currency either. Over all it was a good trip, could have been even better.

except kandi hotel emerald hill, rest all 3hotels(lake view holiday bangalow,Hotel Avenra and hotel Turiyaa) given very good service in terms of food as well as room service. As a tourist we won't stay more than 24 hours in every place of srilanka, because lot of places are there to see. Kandy hotel manager collected 20 dollars(after he made us to wait 4 hours in reception lobby) for early check -in and 21 dollars for breakfast for we 3, more over my travel agent knows very well our landing time in airport, they could not manage the hotel authorities and could not arrange facilities of early check -in. Particularly dinner arrangement is horrible. both Hikkaduwa and Kaluthara hotel arrangements are good. Particularly Driver Ishad is very much co-operative and punctual.

Some areas need consideration No need to see millennium foundation for elephants. We have more elephants and places for their protection in India Thanks for a wonderful trip

This was our first trip to Sri Lanka and we enjoyed very much. Ever smiling people and driver was always with us to get our Vegetarian food. No amount of saying Thanks will be enough and from bottom of my heart, I say "Good Great work done & Keep it up Smiling all the way" to Direct Links. The choice of locations and the warmth of the Driver Mr. Sanman. He became part of our family throughout the tour. All quieries raised before the trip were fully answered and we enjoyed thoroughly. May be the Hotels at Bentota can have some varieties of Vegetarian food.
