The travel team responded always very quickly. However, the changes that resulted from dialogue were not documented properly. The old data and the new data were mixed and difficult to separate creating continuous confusion. Bad software. The communication between Travel Triangle and the local agency in Columbo was inconsistent. Additionally, I ended up spending hours to make payments. Different browsers, different computers, etc. The root cause turned out to be your inability of properly processing international credit card payments, due to software glitches, it seems. It was very frustrating as I was repeated told, twice, that the problem was at my end and it was not. Also, Direct Link tried to change our itinerary at the last minute and we had to strongly talk them out of it. There local documentation of the travel contract was either not up-to-date or not carefully organized and they had to be reminded what they signed up for. There too good software that keeps updated and agreed contract would help. Once things were sorted out, the actual travel experience was excellent. We appreciate the same. SURESH MEHTA

Very good initiative by Travel triangle and it is one of the best platform to get in touch with different travel agents, to get the quote according to our travel itenary. Almost a week I was trying to fix travel agent which I could not and then my wife shared travel triangle details and the quotes she received through travel triangle. And then within a day I have fixed my travel agent with the help of Travel triangle professionals. Also with in my budget !!! Travel Triangle professionals are very active and got their responses are with in a fraction of time, for any kind of query....I would strongly suggest everyone to go with Travel Triangle for your tour, if you are new to that country. We have requested for driver change on first day evening and the travel agent [Inam from Direct link] is arranged new driver immediately.

Booking experience was good.All assistance provided. Great Service by Direct Link ( Our travel Agent). They provided on time service and assistance at the planning stage and also during the trip. They never said 'No' to 11th hour changes in locations/hotels etc during actual trip. The car & driver was very good. well maintained & comfortable car for the entire journey. Noor (from Direct Link) was very approachable at all times.

The driver is good but still lack of experience & he lack of familiar with the road! In addition, he cant really understand english well. Overall, im satisfy with the services that provided.

Please give kings bed when mentioned as family,and on vacations...find lot of communication gap...timings provoided to visit places in srilanka are not at all true...plz ask ursel. Did you provoide all you ppromised...

It was really a good experience to deal with, only issue we had is the travel was not planned so efficiently by agent resulting more wasting time in traveling writhing cities/Hotels. Out of 5 hotels 3 ware fantastic but other 2 in Nowaraelia and Colombo were poor. But I must agree that Direct Link is doing good job and defiantly recommend to others.
