All hotels were good. 4 star were generally good but some of the 3 star were not actually 3 star. Srilanka is a wonderful place to visit. Trip was well planned. I would have preferred 1 more night in nuwara elya

No guide with us visiting temple of tooth has made us ignorant of temple information and activities going on within the temple. Fisherman bay at Miriyaa stay was bad as the lady manager was rude to us. At night we tried to finish few pieces of pizza hut at the table beside the reception. The lady manager came and rudely told us you cannot eat here. In the end we gave the pizza hut to the reception counter staff. Customers are always right.. I wonder why this lady could not politely told us that EXCUSE ME SIRS, I AM AFRAID YOU ARE NOT ALLOWED TO EAT HERE. VERY SORRY, THIS IS THE HOTEL POLICY. WHY NOT I SUGGEST YOU ENJOY OUR MEAL SOME WHERE ELSE. Dolphine watching was quite satisfying. Eating lobsters and other seafood at the beach nearby the Fisherman bay hotel was really enjoying. We had dinner and lunch there. Yummy and good value for your money spent.

We booked a trip to SriLanka through Travel Triangle, and the experience was great. Thanks to Dilani from their Sri Lanka Office (Direct Link) who helped us with the planning, Hotel/Cab booking & even Forex :) Also, all the drivers appointed by Direct Link - Rahuman, Sana & Ishad were very helpful!

Need to inform us regarding the time of payment for the trip amount, as it was difficult for us to pay immediately on landing at the airport Lots of memories , especially turtle farm , hill station , water falls , beaches etc

- Trip was planned as per the requested itinerary. - Excursions were good. - Driver/Guide was excellent. He was on time/communicative and well informed about the areas. - Tour Vehicle was better than actually requested. It was quite clean. - One thing that needs improvement is Hotel. Better hotels can be provided within the same price. The hotel rooms were small and some one them had mould smells as well. Madu River Boat Ride Nuwara Eliya & Ramboda Waterfall

It was a very enjoyable trip although I was travelling alone.Here I would specially like to mention the driver Dilshan who functioned equally as a guide.Compliments to Travel Triangle and Direct Links who persevered with quotes till I finalised.Was welcomed in Sri Lanka by Mr Mahmood and Nurshida in Colombo.The vehicle provided could have been better but there were no complaints.The Misty Hills bungalow at Nuwera Eliya which I chose myself based on the reviews was disappointing.Having said that the town with its beautiful landscape is a must visit hill town with tea growing allaround in Sri Lanka.Kandy is also nice with a little more hustle and bustle of a hill town.My driver cum guide told me at the outset that although a small country Sri Lanka is blessed with varying climate.Colombo was relatively warm,it became pleasant as we got to Kandy and it became cold as we reached Nuwera Eliya the same evening about 175kms apart and stretching from sea level to about 2000 m above sea level.All in all a good holiday .

It was a memorable trip. Thank you Direct Link. Dilani has done a great job to make our trip a remarkable experience. She was constantly in touch with us. Not to forget our Driver Mr Saman, he is a great man who brought us around safely. Overall it's a good experience to remember. - we celebrated our father's birthday. thanks to Dilani for the arrangement.

The trip overall was very good. Couple of concerns was one with the guide that was sent with us could have been better. He was more helper than the guide. And one of the hotel, the management created issue with the breakfast. River rafting, water sports, beach, pinnawalla elephant orph. Etc.

quite pelased with all arrangments made. i only wish the facikty at Nuawara Elliya hotel could have been better with little more hospitality from the hotel staff. They hesitated even to give a heater for making self coffee bcas of the grade of room alloted which is not acceptable. lastly costing could have been slightly better although debatable , but would not like to make an issue since overall good experience on the trip which was more important. everything was as committed and planned . quite a smooth and happy leisure. the best part was the wonderful assistance rendered by MR Sana our cab driver. Rather its in appropriate to call him a driver , he was more of a welcome hots and a good friend. God Bless Mr Sana and i hope you take good care of him

Hotel at Nuwara Eliya was not good at all. Our trip was beautiful. Thanks for all your efforts n services that made it fantastic. Sana was really nice, kibd n polite. The loss of my husband's 25yrs wedding ring at Bentota Hotel made my very upset. Kandy n Nuwara Eliya were the best spots / places n I would love to visit these places again.
