  • How does traveler pay?

    After your booking is confirmed, you will create an invoice on Traveltriangle website for the traveler. You can break the total amount in two parts -
    • Booking amount - 30%-100% - Traveler will get link to pay either by credit card (he pays 2.84% extra on the booking amount you mentioned for card charges) or by bank transfers. We send notification to you on receiving payment so that you can prepare confirmation vouchers and send them to travelers.
    • On Arrival amount - Remaining amount - You can take directly from traveler when traveler arrives

  • How and when TravelTriangle will transfer the payment to us?

    • How - Bank Transfers - Takes 3 days for transfer to happen. We will send you the bank confirmation/receipt of transfer as soon as we will transfer the amount. If your bank account is outside India, please include the bank charges (approx 30$) in your quote to the traveler.
    • When - Your amount gets transferred to you on the first day when traveler arrives and checks in. In case there is any advance payment required by you to book flights, we will transfer the payment to you as soon as you book the flights and send vouchers to traveler.

  • Who will prepare vouchers after booking is done?

    Travel Agency (You) will send their own voucher to the traveler, and traveler will come as travel agency's client. We are just a medium to connect both of you.

  • Most of our tour packages are in Rupiah (or other local currency). How are currency conversions managed?

    You can put up quotes in any of these currencies (Dollar, Rupee, Euro, JPY, SGD, PHP, GBP, AED, AUD, CAD, SAR, LBP, ZAR, PKR, MYR, NZD, CHF) for traveler and we will transfer you equivalent Rupiah. Travelers may not understand Rupiah (other local currency) and it is advisable to quote in the standard currencies.

  • What is the cancellation policy after payment is done?

    For all inbound/international trips, we will charge flat 40$ per cancellation and will transfer you (or traveler) the remaining from the booking amount. For trips within the country, we will charge 1000 INR (20$) per cancellation

  • How can I sell more and improve my conversions?

    You make business when you sell. There are simple ways to increase your conversion percentage multiple times -
    • Give quotes on Time - Give quotes within a day. Never miss out hot or Definitely going/Flights booked requests
    • Follow up on Time - Call / email traveler on the next day of giving quote. Never miss out travelers who have seen your quotes (Dashboard -> Track Your quotes)
    • Sales Pitch - Your product is as good as you can market it to travelers. When you call travelers, first sell your destination and services and then sell him the package. E.g. sales pitch to your traveler would be -
      I am [Josh] calling from [XYZ Tour Agency]. We got your reference from our marketing partner - TravelTriangle. [Turkey] is an excellent choice for your holidays and we can provide best services as we are right in the center of [Turkey] with direct deals from hotels and cabs here. May I know what are your plans and how can I help you in planning your holidays. We have already sent an attractive package as per your requirements.
    • Sales Email - In case you are emailing your package to traveler, make sure it is very clear. Include links to hotel websites (for photos) and your ratings over tripadvisor. Don't forget to mention your affiliations in your email to give a sense of trust to traveler. Keep us in CC, so that we can also track and pitch to traveler about your travel agency.   • How to explain affiliation of TravelTriangle and your agency to a traveler?

    In your first introduction to traveler on phone/email, tell that TravelTriangle is your marketing partner.
    In case at booking time, traveler asks if there is any commission of TravelTriangle, say that there is no extra commission of TravelTriangle. Your agency has a marketing budget which you give to TravelTriangle to get travelers and prices are same whether traveler comes via TravelTriangle or not.

  • On website, there are readymade packages offered by various travel agencies. Why?

    Packages offered are only to give an idea to travelers of rates and itinerary. TravelTriangle deals with only custom packages and hence all the traveler’s requests get forwarded to 2-3 travel agencies (one of which could be yours)
    In case you have a unique product, you can always create a package and showcase it to travelers on TravelTriangle

  • How will I get list of travelers to provide quotes?

    We will send you emails (around 5 leads everyday to start with). You will also have an account on our website where you can choose which leads you want to give quote to. Please refer above slideshow for details.
