Ganesh's 2 days trip to Himachal

I had an absolutely wonderful experience with Travel on ease during our Corporate trip to Nainitaal and Jim Corbett. From the moment we started to the day we departed, everything was seamlessly organized and thoughtfully executed. One of the standout aspects was the dedicated WhatsApp group they created for our trip. It served as a real-time support system, with prompt responses and proactive guidance throughout. Each agent and driver we interacted with was not only professional but also incredibly caring and friendly, making us feel safe and well looked after. The itinerary was perfectly curated, and the facilities they booked were top-notch—comfortable, clean, and ideally located. Whether it was pickups by 40 seater Volvo for our group, local transfers, or sightseeing, everything ran like clockwork. We didn’t face a single issue during the entire 4-days journey, which is a testament to their meticulous planning and commitment to customer satisfaction. I wholeheartedly recommend Travel on ease to anyone looking to plan a stress-free, memorable vacation. Their attention to detail and personalized service truly enhanced our travel experience.

Overall, our experience was truly wonderful. The arrangements made by Travel on Ease were outstanding in Dharamshala and Dalhousie. We were especially impressed by the punctual driver pickups, the well-planned island excursions, and the mesmerizing fantasy show – everything was flawlessly organized and thoroughly enjoyable. The attention to detail and smooth coordination made the trip genuinely unforgettable.

Ms Navjot- Thank you so much for assisting us throughout the days we spent in Rishikesh and Mussoorie; each and every day we received your text, which made us feel safe. Like a friend , you texted and ensured that everything is going well . Tracked our journey and was in touch until we arrived in Home.

Dinessh's 8 days trip to Himachal

Positive 1. Calm Driver 2. Rooms are good but could have been better 3. On call support - friendly staff 4. Dinner and breakfast was good Could be better 1. The price was higher than other providers they gave better rooms as well 2. No honeymoon inclusions were made but charged 3. Rohtang pass was 500 online but it charged 2000+ 4. The schedule given was not followed properly 5. Rooms were very far from the city, better rooms were there at the same price 6. The driver deviated from the agenda and took us to a potato research farm in Shimla which we find useless 7. Payment at the hotel and to the driver was very new, rather than taken care earlier
