We have booked through travel triangle and our agent was topical Ceylon. Let me start with the good things: We got an exceptional service by our chauffeur'Chanaka' , he made sure that we had the best of experience. He was always with us be it trekking to the hills or be near the beach ensuring our safety. By far the best chauffer we came across. The hotel and food in Colombo, Habarana and Kandy were good. However the food was pathetic in the hotel of Nuwara Eliya. Coming to the hotel in bentota, we have been told that we will be getting the hotel in Bentota but when we reached there we found out that it's 25 km away from the place. The rooms were ok but the food and other service were far from what was promised! We got a contact from 'Topical Ceylon' but the person's number was not reachable. It wasn't a good experience with 'Topical Ceylon'. Would not recommend this agency to anyone.

It was very great experience. The service provided by travel tringle team from india was very good. The service provided by tropical ceylone was also great. I would like to mention that the hotel in candy “Skyloft candy” was bit lower on service and quality. Remaining the whole trip was Memorable one. Thanks you travel triangle.

The trip was extremely lovely! Special mention for our driver Mr. Jagath who was very punctual , trustworthy and respectful. The agency Tropical Ceylon hadn’t provided our hotel centara ceysands with the confirmation number and we had to wait for 30-40mins at the reception because of this. Overall, the hotels were amazing and the experiences were memorable.

We had a very happy experience visiting Sri Lanka. Sri Y should be on the top of the list of tourist destinations. In one trip you can enjoy the diversity of the its rich landscape. Awesome heritage sites with breathtaking beaches. Great people with so much discipline, very little noise. Truly a beautiful experience. Tropical Ceylon was very helpful, gave us a very good chauffeur,(Shivantha)he was very friendly and knowledgeable , made us feel at home, Travel triangle people were ok, but should be little proactive when the trip is nearing, there was no call from them, I tried to but couldn't contact Pooja, there was not a single call from tropical triangle before the trip started or ended, , Skylight hotel and Kamil beach villa were excellent, remaining hotels ok, some how tropical Ceylon people got it all right, and the trip went smoothly. The trip was great except the hotel at nuwara eliya ..the hotel was not good at all ...the room given was stinking and after the room was changed on request the room given was also not as per standard. The experience in Kandy .. the hotel location was great and so was the hotel .

I was on tour of Sri Lanka for 6 nights/7 days.Must mention that everything went perfect as planned n offered by Tropical Ceylon /Mr.Chandirama Prasad . Particular mention for Chuffer/Guide Mr. Priyanth who was very cordial,giving all info. and helping find Indian Restaurants too ! We went to 1. Sigiriya /Dambolla 2. Kandy 3 . Nuara Elliya 4. Yala National Park 5. Bentota & 6. Colombo . Hotel at Bentota was LALUNA AYURVED RESORT located right on River Bentota on one side & Arabian Sea after crossing the river.Lovely rooms. 2. Slight problem was at Colombo.We were booked at Hotel Palm but ON ARRIVAL THERE, THEY said Hotel is booked by Chinese for next 3 years and no such info. was conveyed to CDriver or to us on EMAIL OR WHATS APP so we were quite unhappy initially. After a while, we came to know that our hotel is shifted to WONDER HOTEL,COLOMBO instead of Hotel Palm .In the process, we wasted half an hour but finally got Sea view rooms at Wonder Hotel which was even better than PALM Hotel. The hotels arranged by tropical Ceylon was amazing. Good hotels with breakfast and dinner. We had a good stay in all the hotels and were neat and clean. Regarding the driver and cab, initial glitches were there but it was sorted after talking to travel triangle and tropical Ceylon. It would be great if the agency also mentions how is the entry fee water sports activity that would be helpful for the travellers to exchange cash accordingly. Otherwise the job by travel triangle and tropical Ceylon was amazing . Regarding. Can if they could provide latest vehicles with USB ports it would be nice as Srilanka does not have good Radio stations. Keep up the standards!!

Hotel in nuwara eliya ramboda falls hotel and in bentota villa 69 was not that much good...not good in sense of ambience of rooms. However food was good in south villa 69...chauffeur was very nice and helpful he just tried to save our money and help in cover best places in best possible time... thanks a lot Nalaka ji our chauffeur it was great time with you... Tropical Ceylon agent was also good I WhatsApp them during my trip they instantly took action and called concerned department.. however they forgot about our candle light dinner but no issues as it was not needed as we were family and friends and food was same in that too... Thanks a lot for making my trip wonderful Chauffeur was very nice for us he went two markets we opted local markets instead of Odell and other malls and for that he helped us in visiting there
