Well planned iternary, Nie hotels ,friendly driver , Moning trek to world's end at Horton's plain

Only problem I had was with the itinerary. It could have been planned well seeking travellers or client's interest. It was one of the memorable trips we have been so far. Had a fabulous time❣️

Bentota n kandy was good bentota food was ok we suggest them to cook veg they didn't hotel view was superb Kandy restaurant was. Good we enjoyed light music in restaurant food was good colombo hotel was not good and breakfast was horrible bread they gave was fungus rest we all enjoyed

Although the itinerary was well planned, our guide and driver was ignorant and not aware about the area and locality. He was unable to guide us throughout the trip. Most of the times, he would ask other locals for information about places and things. We were told that he would help us exchange currency. Even after informing him 2-3 hours prior that we need to exchange currency, he failed to find out where we could get it done and wasted 1-2 hours looking for the right place. In Bentota, he wasted another hour taking us to a water sports complex that was charging us almost 6X(25,000 LKR) the fee for snorkeling. After much persistence, he took us to the beach where we, on our own, managed to crack a deal for 4000 LKR. In Colombo, we were supposed to go to the National Museum. Despite checking with him multiple times, he dropped us at the museum only at 4:25 PM. The last booking is at 4:30 PM and one section is closed after 2 PM, while another is closed after 4 PM. When asked what the entre fee was, he said 2-3$, whereas on getting there we got to know that the fee was 1000 LKR. We wanted to buy spices and some souvenirs, but again, he was unable to take us to the right place to make the purchases Communicating with him was also a problem. In Colombo, even after telling that we want to go to a certain places, he conveniently ignored us. Our day in Colombo was an utter waste owing to his incompetence as a guide. He was just a driver and had hardly any inputs to share about various places and things. Our feedback to you regarding this would be to employ drivers who are well versed with the locality. The driver needs to be trained to serve as a guide; he should be someone who can help tourists navigate through the country, take them to the best local spots, and get the best deals.

Srilanka agent Shafna was good at handling situations but Indian representative was useless. Hotel at Mirissa was pathetic. Staff, room, food & services were well below expectations. Driver had very little knowledge of English, we were told that he is driver cum guide but it's not at all like a guide. Laluna Ayurveda at bentota was big and spacious. We enjoyed water sports and beach at this location. This I think was best moment.

Stay in all hotels was good except for the stay in bentota . We were the only guests in the hotel and that was quite scary, considering the fact that the hotel was 2 kms interior to the main road and isolated . Plus the hotel did not even have water for drinking when asked. So we were sceptical to drink the water which was kept in room in a plastic tumbler. No hot water was available for bath . It was a horrible experience.

It was a wonderful trip organized by direct link. All hotels were good except the hotel at Nuwara Eliya. It did not provided good services and breakfast was horrible. We just had omelette and bread for breakfast. This is not the service expected from a four star hotel.

We were a family of 7 adults and 3 children who did a 5 nights/6 days trip of Sri Lanka via Travel Triangle. In terms of our stay, I would like to mention that we were very disappointed with the hotels chosen for this trip. We ahd clearly indicated a requirement of 4-star hotels and of the 4 hotels booked only 1 was 4-star. Rest of the hotels were not at all up to the mark and had very basic amenities. I would particularly like to cite Lourdes Hotel at Nuwara Eliya and Lavendish Okrin at Kataragama. These were absoltely 1 to 2 star quality hotels with very basic amenities. the wifi was not even working properly at Lourdes Hotel. Very disappointing hotel stays we had. In terms of the car and driver, we were happy with both and the driver Naveen did a great job. I would also like to commend Safna for her responsive attitude and being always helpful. Going forward, would suggest that you please tie up with superior hotel partners so that you can give a better experience to your customers which is in line with the fees that you charge for the trip.

Driver communication is too good. What ever promised by direct links every things shown. Except vehicle maintenance every thing is fine.

Its been a pleasure to be associated with Travel triangle for the first time . Our trip to SriLanka had been amazing .Arshad from direct link has managed it so well.He has answered all our queries everytime and have catered to all our requests like a family member . Ishmat the driver aligned to us by Arshad was also a good man and helped us a lot throughout the travel . Both of them are great . Hotels were good as expected. Except for poor vegetarian meals at Club Waskudova beach resort. Cab and driver were excellent. Except for the driver knee little English and Hindi which made communication a bit difficult. Travel agent left a lot to desire. Throughout the tour there was no communication with travel agent and had to make up with an extremely hardworking driver who was difficult to communicate with though.
