The driver I had been assigned by Direct Link did not have the decency to speak properly and was interested more in playing politics. He did not have a valid license and decided to go somewhere without informing at one of the tourist destinations. A cell phone with a good network allowed me to contact him and he was rude on the call as well. To all traveller's to Sri Lanka: Please verify if the cab driver cum tour guide these agencies assign to you are authorized and have a valid license. You can check which drivers/tour guides have a valid license by going to SLTDA website. I would like to add here that the overall trip experience was good and the accommodation offered by Direct Link was good as well. The tourist spots I visited were mesmerizing.

It was our 7 day trip to srilanka, everyday was a new place to us. Direct link gave us our best Driver Naveen. He was a gem of a person. He made our trip worth it. He made our trip more easy and fun. I would recommend Direct Link to all my friends.

It was a wonderful experience and a great tour which was made special just by our tour guide Mr. Dilshan. If you don't have the right guide the tour won't be that special. Some hotels were good some were ok. But overall good experience no complains had a fabulous trip. Thanks.

Overall the service was good and we had a peaceful and memorable trip. Only a few points. 1) hotels were upto our required level but locationwise , Nature First, is a bit away from the town and Ocean spray is at a less attractive beach and away from Bentota . 2) Sana is a disciplined and decent guy , always taking care of the safety of people. But he has to narrate a little more about the spots visited . 3) Ensure that the Hotel selected has 24 Hr room service . In one hotel, room service was not available from 10 pm to 6 pm. 4) Vehicle was really nice and may be provided bluetooth music facility to play music of the pax with microphone. Thank you Travel Triangle for your service. Recommended strongly for family trip. Sri Lankan food , neatness of the places , good roads, hospitality of the people .

Travel triangle is an agency acting as middle men, between users and service providers on ground. Neither they have any knowledge of ground realities nor the tour coordinator. Having been lured with the promise of 4 and 5 star hotel ground reality was as under:- Colombo : Hotel Ocean is dignified OYO facility with cramped rooms, AC getting packed up within 30 minutes of check in and rectified later. Kandy : Hotel Topaz was good accommodation. Nuwaraelia. Having rejected their earlier Unique Cottages on pretext of all rooms being located on First floor and our age factor, we were upgraded to Hotel Grand Camelia to SECOND floor with dining facility exactly in front of our Room No 302. Hotel's stairs are so well designed particularly steepness that a person with half of our age will find difficult to ascend or descend. To be frank leave aside Starring, hotel was nothing more than upgraded Farm House with limited staff doubling as Cleaning Staff and Waiters in Dining Facility. Kalutara : Excellent Hotel with good ambience and expected amenities. Colombo : Hotel Galadhary having seen it's good days is living in the past, though still patronized reasonably well. However, present front desk managers could do well to be exposed to soft skill development, rather than taking offense to complaint to non functioning sink. Transport and Driver Mr Rohana were the only saving grace during entire duration of tour who doubled as Guide as well and performed Exceptionally well. We would remember him.

The trip was amazing. And the driver was very helpful and professional. He made sure we did miss any places. The river rafting was amazing.

This was the first international trip as well as the 1st attempt with Travel Triangle.I got a quick response from Travel Triangle with few itineraries. We have shortlisted the agent with Direct Link Pvt Ltd and shared our customized plan . We have asked to modify the plans more than times but without any complaint, Safnah Lafeer cooperates and shared the best plan which can be feasible for us. The hotels provided by the agent was a fantastic and very pleasant stay at Sri-Lanka. It was a short trip of 4 nights and 5 days but the hotels and the guide was made the trip less hectic. We stayed on “Ella Flower Garden Resort”[Ella],” Hotel Kabalna”[Mirissa] and “Pegasus Reef”[Colombo] was fabulous. A very special thanks to the agent [Safnah Lafeer] for such arrangement and a big thanks to the guide Thajdeen who supported us throughout the trip. Moreover, he is a good person and his behavior was excellent. Thanks a lot to Safnah Lafeer, Thajdeen and Direct Link to make a memorable Srilanka Trip

Overall the experience is good !!! One thing which we had an issue is with the food - breakfast at hotels , despite clearly instructing to the travel agent - it was not spoken to hotel for proper vegetarian food !! The food quality in all hotel except taj was not good !!! Enjoyed all the sceneries !!!!

Tour planning very bad and mostly they are using us for marketing their products rather than our leisure

3 ladies, 4N/5 days 4 hotels and 1driver/guide. We thought it would be tiring, but to our surprise from booking to shopping was everything except tiring. Strongly recommend Dilshan- an amazing guide/driver, he made sure we got the best deals, and were at the right place at the right time. Directlink- safe and reliable- agent Arshad was receptive to feedback and checked in on us to ensure everything was ok. Hotel@ Nuwara Eliya could have been better but overall good experience. 1.Elephants walking past you in the market at Pinnaewala orphanage.2. View from Bhakta Hanuman Temple, Ramboda 3. The planning could have been better from agent, we could not see the temple and many other places due to poor timings and they don’t know what time it get closes. Little England in Nuwera Eliya, Sita Devi Temple

TravelTriangle(TT): I came across TT while planning for an vacation to SriLanka. This is the first time using TT to book my vacation and I must say, this was the right decision. TT helps you connect with different agents and you can choose your iterary accordingly. DirectLink(DL): I was in touch with Nurshida from DL. She gave me a clear itenary and all the details required for the trip(Info on Visa, entry charges etc) Atheek was the driver assigned to us. He was friendly and cordial. He drives well and helped us reach our destinations on time. All the hotels assigned to us were good and we had a pleasant stay at all the places. Only place where we could not enjoy was Nuwara Eliya. Here the weather was very cold(13 degrees C) and frequently raining. Suggestions for DL: 1. Spent 2 days in Nuwara Eliya, and the weather was not favorable. Please see to that on such occasions change the destination or cut short the number of days. 2. Please keep a list of entry/Close timings for all the tourist places and abide by it. We wanted to visit Bhakta Hanuman Temple, but temple was closed.(Reached at 1.00 PM, temple closes by 12.30PM and again opens at 3.30PM) Overall our trip to SriLanka was amazing. Direct Link has a very professional team and see to that our stay is pleasant. I will surely recommend TT and DL.
