It was a good trip. The driver Mr. Kumar was very welcoming and helpful throughout the journey. However, very 1st day of the trip was not so good since the first hotel provided in sigriya was very isolated and the route didn't feel safe for women's traveling. When asked for help from directlink agent they didn't provide with alternate accommodation immediately and kept us stranded in the car in heavy rains for 3 hours. Finally we were given a good hotel. Should have provided that in the first place. The journey was good and safe. Another bad experience was in Nuwara Eliya hotel (Lakeview comfort bungalow) where the manager wasn't at all cooperative and didn't had any dinner services when we arrived. Had to struggle to get our dinner ordered and the room given was not at all good and had no view at all and had to stay there for 2 nights. Could have done better with the rooms atleast. Another unsatisfactory experience was at mirissa hotel where there was no proper service at all. Just a foreigner woman who claimed she was managing the hotel and the owner was out. The sceneries were beautiful. The roads the places in srilanka were spectacular. The beaches were clean and beautiful. All the outings and the nature were the best memories. Thank you for making it a good trip. Just few hotel issues that need to be worked on. Otherwise it was amazing.

The entire trip was planned meticulously through Mr Arshad from Direct Link in Sri Lanka.. Best hotels were arranged throughout our trip at 3R Resort (short stay) in Negembo, Grand Kandyan in Kandy, Galway heights in Nuwaraeliya and Eden Resort and Spa in Bentota. Also the driver cum guide Mr Sana Kandy has been a great help through out our trip. We were handled with great care and itinerary followed as desired. Thank you Kashish and Mr Arshad for facilitating this memorable trip for us.... Warmth and hospitality at3R Resort .. breakfast has been great with Hot dosas ad Fish curry.. Ambience of Hotel Grand Kandyan Beach resort and Ayurveda Massage at Bentota...

This was our first trip with Travel Triangle and we just loved it. While searching for travel guides to Srilanka I have come across with Travel Triangle. In general, the trip was great. Direct Links provided offers for the requirement. More refinement was done. Everything was great. Some last minute changes. To accomodate the last minute changes, Direct Links could have suggested to change the hotel. This would have avoided very long tavel. Anyway in general, hotel, vehicle, driver all were good.

From Pick up from the Airport to Till Dropping Back us to Airport was Meticulously arranged by the Travel Agent.1st day The Vehicle was not up to the Expectation But Rest of 7 Days Vehicle was good.All the Hotels were Fantastic and there was no issue while Check in and Check out at all Hotels.Whatever We requested During Our Booking Especially Veg Food,Extra Bed -Everything were Arranged Perfectly with Good Co ordination with All the Hotels We stayed.Over All it was Pleasant Family Vacation.Special Mention Mr Malik -Driver,He took us all the Places which were there in the Itinerary. Sri Lankans Are Really Warm Welcoming People and Hospitality was Excellent.

It was indeed a great trip. I had planned this in a very short span. The girl NURSHIDA helped me a lot and guided me about my flight timing also. The guide Sana was an amazing person. We enjoyed a lot on this trip and also this was budget friendly. Hotel in Kandy was one of the best part of this journey. Highly recommended Direct link. Thanks for making my anniversary trip so memorable. Kandy hotel Earl’ Regency is an amazing place. The view is mind blowing. Water rafting experience is memorable.

I was paired up with a company named DirectLink. Not only they provided the best possible tour but were very professional during the entire process of trip design and execution. Our guide was a super friendly guy who respected our religious limitations for food and prayers. He was calm with my son and did his best all the time. I am very satisfied with the tour planners.
