Was not provided the train tickets as mentioned in the itinerary. The Swiss residency hotel in Kandy is pathetic, didn't provide proper vegitarian food. Also, I asked the travel agency to make it a honeymoon trip, which was also mentioned in the itinerary but nothing was done inline with the same. The wonderful thing we got was our driver (Dilshan), excellent fellow who made the trip worth remembering, took care of every small needs and is very knowledgeable

Cinnamon hotels were very good. Serenus Boutique did not have good food. The cab driver gets 10 stars as he took us to all beautiful places, he made our journey smooth and he was like a family to us. The Elephant ride is the best one and the chats with our driver where he gave good information about all locations was really good

The trip couldn't have been better without Direct link's hospitality and service. srilanka was so beautiful and full of nature. We really Appreciate Dilshan the way he guided us throughout travel. He is so kind and caring. I will rate 5/5 for his service. The best hotel in our stay in srilanka was Temple tree (All in all 5/5) and below average was Echo weligama (2/5). Our trip to Sri Lanka was great. We are happy with the help we received from Travel Triangle. My only regret is not having visited places of mythological importance(Places associated with Ramayana: eg. Sita Elliya). We got to know we were close to Sita Elliya and could have visited it only after we had moved too far from that place.

It was a great communication, since we start the requestvi have received so many plans and offers , we did some amendments and the agency were always online with immediate response, the guide & car was there on time of arrival even our flight was delayed till early morning . I would like to say that Pandunus was the best of all the hotels. Thank god we did not change the hotel. The staff, food, room everything was very good.
