Travel Triangle is a trustworthy agency, through their partner in Sri Lanka. As the reception was ensured well so too the departure would have been arranged with a cab. The driver cum guide, Mr. Naveen, was excellent.

It was excellent! We barely faced any hassles on our trip and were constantly in touch with our tour operator. All the hotel bookings were handled smoothly and our agent took regular follow-ups. Special arrangements requested were also provided. I would recommend to plan your special holiday with travel triangle to make it hassle free and a properly guided tour.

Totally satisfied with Travel Triangle. This was our second experience with Travel triangle.

Visit to certain locations was to be complementary, for example the turtle hatchery. Our Guide told us that we have to pay SLR 1500/. Therefore, we skipped it. The Hotels were to be of 3 to 4 Star ratings. We found them to be 2 to 3 Star. The worst was at Nuwara Eliya. Overall, the holiday was pleasant.

The Driver given to us doesn’t know English. We complained to the manager but of no use. Except language driver is really a good person. He coordinated with us nicely. Overall the trip is really good. Hotels provided to us are awesome.

It was my first experience with Travel triangle. We planned this trip for family through Direct Link, after recommendation by friend. My overall experience has been great, choice of hotels, cab, sightseeing. Special thanks for my tour coordinator : Ms. Nurshida. I remember making so many changes in my itinerary, both with respect to cities and sightseeing, before finalization and she kept her peace of mind and always had suggestion which ultimately turned out good. Also during the trip, she would promptly reply to my queries.The hotels initially suggested by her where changed without much of fuss. The car given to us for the entire trip was a big and comfortable car. Additional I would like to Thank Mr. Abdul (our chauffeur) during the trip for taking us through the country and guiding us. I was a nice experience we had in Sri Lanka and with Direct Link.

Ocean spray hotel,worst ever experience,in fact local people leaving there also knew about the condition of the hotel,this hotel was our last hotel for the trip near bentota Rest hotels n the chauffeur given to us was splendid.

The trip to Sri Lanka was a memorable one. Made new friends, enjoyed the sea food and the Ayurveda spa. However we were very disappointed with the hotels at Colombo and Bentota. The rooms were small and the bathrooms were not clean. There was hardly any space for us to move or keep our things. We were made to stay at Ceylon city hotel instead of the one that was given in the itinerary. That shouldn’t have happened. Kindly make sure it does not happen to other guests. The car ride from one province to the other was fun. Our time at Amal’s Restaurant and Villa was a pleasant surprise. Lastly, Our time at Rodeo- dancing the night away!

The hotels were very bad. U need to Work on getting better hotels on board. The best part about the trip was our car driver mr Taj , he understood want we wanted and always took us to the right places. He was very helpful .
