Prices are high, I expected the service to be much better Some of the hotels are good, but the rooms are small and I expected them to be wider, especially since the amount paid is high. We are talking about Sri Lanka, not a European country. There is no distinct view for the selected rooms In short: the company has provided what it can graciously, but the prices are actually high and it does not help a recommendation to travel to Sri Lanka if the prices are that high

It was a fantastic experience and we had an amazing vacation- all thanks to Dilhari who was prompt and always available. She made sure we enjoyed every bit of our vacation. She made our anniversary a memorable one. Special kudos to our driver/ guide Janaka who super sweet and ensured a safe and comfortable journey across the country. 1000/100 % recommended Direct Link. We had a delightful trip, except a few confusions here and there. Make sure that the vendor follows a transparent process while discussing the itenary with guests. Committing something and delivering different thing will cause unnecessary confusions. However, the vendor took care of all our needs very well. They did a very good job. Nuwera eliya and ela was heaven.

We decided to visit Srilanka for our anniversary trip. We got it through Direct link via travel triangle. It was a pleasant experience with Direct link from the beginning. They planned the whole trip exactly how I wanted. The choices of hotels were excellent. I was very happy with the cab and the driver. He recommended really nice places to to eat local food.. He followed all safety precautions wrt Covid and speed limit while driving us through mountains. We had a great trip and we hope to visit again. Thank you for making our trip a memorable one. Don’t miss out on Nuwara Eliya. It is the most beautiful town with heavenly views and lanes.

I traveled to Sri Lanka with my wife to celebrate our 1st marriage anniversary. It was our first ever visit to Sri Lanka and I would say we were lucky to book it with Direct Link Private Limited. Our guide for the tour was Ismath and he did a fantastic job throughout the trip. Our journey was carefully curated to help us experience the maximum number of places in the 5 days that we had for the visit. The choice of hotels was fantastic throughout. Nuwara Eliya was the highlight of our trip - the place is simply magical and the hotel chosen by Mr. Arshad was amazing. I would recommend everyone to choose Direct Link as their travel partners. I look forward to visiting the country again soon once the pandemic ends. Will connect with Direct Link again and would request the services of Ismath once again. Everything was good. They contacted us with all the details, made required changes in the plan as requested and was prompt. The driver was excellent, communicative. Rooms were good, except for the one in colombo. Had a very bad experience in colombo. Other than that had a fantastic trip, the rooms in all the other places were fantastic.

Firstly I don’t know about the travel triangle which is plan your trip and through this trip I came to know it is great site where you plan your trip with as per your financial budget. It was great trip throughout 6 days. Hotel :- Firstly talking about all the booked hotel was very perfect for honeymoon couple. Except Manara beach hotel at bentota where I stayed for 2 nights where I got pathetic experience regarding services , hotel staff please do not suggest this hotel for beach view because staff dont have courtesy how to talk with the guest and how to the service will be provided to our guests and one major problem is that for pure vegetarians guests is food thought the trip we didn’t get proper vegetarian dinner except a one marine hotel Colombo. I will suggest if any request is coming from pure veg than please book a hotel for that guest where they can get proper breakfast and dinner. Cabs & driver -it was awesome experience with cabs. Cab was very comfortable in nature also ambience was good.and for driver really I don’t have a words how to praise him ( Mohd Anas). Really he is very good, honest and calm in nature whenever i get any help to buy something from the market then he was ready to help us. Most important thing he is very trustworthy person. Thank you so much for a wonderful and awesome clicks. Throughout the trip he was clicked so many photos. Even he didn’t denied anything throughout the trip... Service of travel agent - Over all I am giving 4 rating just because of pure vegetarian food and one instance Was experiencing at manara beach.

It was my first experience with Travel triangle. Trip was planned pretty well by Mr. Arshad , Choice of hotels were very good except Joe's resort in bentota. Joes resort hotel staff are very unprofessional and even after making complaint they dont respond. i had asked for candle light dinner with cake for birthday celebration and room decoration at Joes resort Bentota and the hotel literally ruined it , with no decoration, no cake and no candle light dinner . Even after giving them multiple reminder . The driver cum guide Mr. Rushdi was very polite and knowledgeable . Cab was also in good condition .
