We had a great trip in Sri Lanka. Our cab was extremely spacious and comfortable, and the driver Furkan was helpful, cordial, friendly and guided us well throughout. Only with our hotel in Nuwara Eliya we had an issue.. the door nobs were not properly working at Grand Cameilla hotel and one of the travellers with me got Rs. 6000 stolen.

We had a wonderful 11 days trip of Srilanka. Arrangements were very good and travel agents were very helpful. The hotels At Kandy Bentota and Ramboda were very well located and nice.

This review is not for the Travel Agency Direct Link. The Travel Agency and coordinator from travel agency was really nice. The behavior and courtesy was very good. Its 10 out of 10 to the Agency from Srilanka. However I would like to point out that be very clear and get your information to the point from Travel Triangle. You will discuss and finalize everything directly with the Direct agency and once done, the agents from Travel Triangle India will jump in between for their commissions. They will ask you convenience charges Currency Conversion charges and above all they will not give you any receipts for your payments. They say that they are not getting the money and we should get it from the agency directly. In short, co-coordinators like Aastha Gupta(Travel Triangle Holiday Expert) are very very disrespectful and courtesy-less. Beware when you choose your next holiday. Overall, It was ok trip.

Brilliance experience we had, Traveltriangle gave us a good deal both on arifare as well as on hotel and tour booking. Hitesh was very professinal and was available whenever we need. From Direct Link Colombo, Nurshida was very helpful and she provided one of the best drivers, our life was easy as he could speak Hindi. Overall great experience. I would strongly recommend to do tours through Traveltriangle and if you want to vist Sri Lanka call Nurshida at Direct Link, she is the best.

A great experience with Travel Triangle and Direct Link Pvt Ltd. Arshad from Direct Link had been extremely helpful right from the word 'go' - tailor-made the tour itinerary per my requirement (included Sirgiya, Kandy, Nuwara Eliya, Bentota, Galle and Colombo) all within a 5-day trip. Arshad had been extremely patient with my innumerable queries and provided appropriate and correct information. To make it all possible on the roads and during the tour was Naveen, a very passionate guide, companion and chauffeur - a thorough professional and an encyclopedia during the entire trip - fed us with all the information on all the places from the time we met him in Colombo airport till the last day when he dropped us back to Colombo airport. The hotels provided were very good - especially Wewa Addara at Sirgiya and Joes Resort at Bentota. Bungalow by Camelia at Nuwara Eliya and Emerald Hotel at Kandy were good. Travel Triangle made a WhatsApp group which included myself, TT team, Direct Link Team to address any issues - which was extremely great. Arshad, Naveen, Nurshida from Direct Link, Rishabh, Shivani, Manish have all been extremely supportive and made sure it was a wonderful and memorable trip. Thank you Direct Link and Travel Triangle for the excellent services.

Driver was good and polite. Travel agent checked with us regularly and even arranged a cake for my parents anniversary which was very generous of the agent.

Our experience with Travel Triangle and Direct Link Pvt Ltd has been very good. Very professional travel agents. Aasta Gupta from travel Triangle and Ms Fathima Nursida from Direct Link were helpful in finalizing the itinerary. Ms Fathima Nursida was very promt in repling my quaries and gave lot of inputs to finalize my customized package. The Budget hotels were good. The vehicle provided was excellent. Our Driver cum Guide Mr Samhoon is very professional and a great companion . Good knowledge of English. The driver made the difference. He was very helpful in fulfilling our needs and prioritized our comfort. Our entire trip was hassle free and we had an amazing experience.
