Good welcome, nice starting. 1st driver Intezam was excellent..but suddenly driver changed who was demanding experienced but many places lack of information he have given.. Yalla forest safari the zeep/car was horrible. Overall nice arrangements and good communication from base office and costomer service.. Ramboda Falls

Our chauffeur, Dulshan, was very nice and helpful. We enjoyed the trip and his hospitality. The only thing that could be better are the hotels. Except for Colombo city hotel all other were sub-par We loved the various waterfalls and tea gardens our chauffeur took us to. Also loved the beautiful tea gardens and shopping in Colombo!

Had a great time in srilanka. The hotels were good. The driver/ tour guide was very humble, polite and helpful. Best memories of the tour will be white river rafting which is worth the money and experience. Boat safari was also one of the best things to do over there. All other things were quite okay.

We booked our trip through Direct Link Pvt Ltd. A friend had recommended them, and it indeed came out to be very good decision. All the hotels booked were very nice and comfortable, with very good view. Tour guide cum Driver, Mr. Zulfer was very helpful and courteous. He knew the ways around and local culture which made our trip memorable in more ways than one. A big shout out also to Mr. Arshad from Direct Link who was constantly in contact with us and also planned our trip. Thanks guys for the awesome trip.

I visited Sri Lanka a couple of days back. The travel agent Direct Link Pvt Ltd provided very good land transportation. Their rates were very reasonable and right. They provided a very comfortable a/c van for the entire 6 days of our journey. They were very professional in their approach and were constantly in touch with us before we started our holidays and during the course of our holiday, to make sure we were comfortable with our travel arrangements. They were always quick to help us with our queries and guide us with politeness. We had a seamless travel without any difficulties. The driver Mr. Furkhan allotted to us, was very punctual at all times and polite in his behaviour. He was very cooperative with our requests. I selected Direct Link based on other reviews here at Travel Triangle and i am glad i shortlisted them, and selected them to be my local travel agent In Sri Lanka.

Overall I had good experience and was more than happy with chauffeur too. His name is Intizam.

Thanks to Nurshida and Saman (driver). well planned tour. could able to cover most of the places promised. Some minor issues with the Hotels particularly at Bentota (Wadduva). other wise trip went well and enjoyed.

I have visited with family, starting was good but the last hotel was not good at all. No heater in the room. Also contacted the agent to change the hotel, but did not get his call back and had to suffer. My wife got fever because of lack of facilities. No hot water, dinner had to brought from the down town. No soap and towel in the bathroom. Got so frustrated, I could have searched the hotel by myself but due to lack of vehicle and know how of the area, it was not possible.

it was a nice trip and enjoyed a lot. the driver was awesone and travel agent had arranged things very nicely. only 1st day some issue with hotel else overall it was brilliant
