Though we had sime unpleasant experiences with the hotel staff in Colombo and Bentota, the overall experience was enriching and very pleasant. We recommend Travel Triangle and Direct Link (Sri Lankan tour operator) Kumara, our driver and guide for the entire trip was amazing and a great companion.

Ms. Nurshida from DirectLink was very helpful and was very prompt with her response to any queries at any time of the day. We had a lovely time in general, much thanks to Intizaan, our driver and guide during our entire stay.

The overall trip was good for me. Driver was good. We covered almost all the places as per iternary. Just Hotel was not at up to the mark in Colombo. Rest thing were fine.

Not happy with the hotels as either not having good rooms, neatness and quality of food was poor. We expected better rooms and good food Nuwarelliya

We stayed for 4 nights at Colombo, Kandy, Galle and Bentota respectively. The hotels provided were all budget hotels and it was pretty old except the last night stay at Bentota. There was no hot water in Kandy and Galle hotels. We noticed lot of vans had WIFI in it. But the van provided to us didn't have that WIFI. When we inquired about it, they didn't give proper response. Overall the trip was ok. I hope going further, Direct Link will suggest good hotels for Customers rather giving bad ones.

Very good experience booking the trip. The driver was very professional. The items in the itenerary we're covered very well, credit to the driver. Very good trip overall.

Hotels provided at kandy was very good. Other location it was just ok ok hotels

the hotels provided at kandy uda was not 3 star hotel and food quality was very bad, even the food was not good at hotel blue spring, waduwwa. the driver was very good. but the guide Dilshan was the best and always submisive with the tourist our group females were comfortable with the guide and his additional quality was that he knows Hindi very well. so there was no problem to explain the details of monuments in hindi to all of us.

Direct Link is probably one of the best things to have happened to Sri Lanka tourism. Right from our very courteous travel agent Nushida, to the trip itinerary we had and exceptional experience. We traveled with a 4 year kid on a 6 days , 5 night vacation to Kandy, Nuwara Eliya, Bentota and Colombo. The trip was very well planned giving us ample time to do sight seeing at our leisurely pace with a kid. The road trip from Nuwara Eliya to Bentota was slightly long but the scenery around made up for it. The hotels Skyloft (Kandy), Blue Beach (Wadduwa) were excellent. Once we reached Colombo we realised that the hotel experience here was completely different with small cramped rooms, but you can’t blame DL for this as Colombo looked a congested city. All around we found lovely bunch of people and had a wonderful experience. I reserve the final para for review of our Friend/guide Saman who is ine of the greatest gentleman that I have met. He is one proud Lankan who enjoys his work. He was awesome throughout the trip and at every step going out of the way to make our trip memorable. Without him and Nushida the trip would have been half the fun. These two and Direct Link need a big round of applause and a standing ovation

Rishabh is excellent advisor.He did tell us which places to visit and what to see.He was also much concerned about our safety and already conveyed what not to do to avoid any unfortunate situation. Overall i am very much impressed by him with his superb planning and laying down itinerary so well. Thanks for planning and arranging everything. The best part of our trip was our sarath who have helped us at every moment.He arranged everything for us.He helped to arrange whale watching tickets, getting good king coconut for us.The memorable part of our trip was staying at ramboda near to fall and enjoying our food with light music. Thanks travel triangle for arranging and planning everything.!!!!!
