Travel agent attitude is very unprofessional. Not taking care of customer safety which is the top most priority especially with kids while booking hotels and raising concern by customer. Interested only in business and lip services. Driver is ok. Not seen customer friendly attitude from their office. As per my view charged high price for poor service. Not kept their own promises. My advice is to book only car through agent and book better hotel in low price directly. Missed this due to incident in Nuwara Eliya booked Hotel........very much disappointed g

Hi !! Right from the beginning you guys are awesome. This is my most favourite trip and i enjoyed well through out the trip!! The chauffeur Mr.Shafiry, he is a cool guy whom i never met that kinda guy in my lyf. He was very very friendly and i strongly recommend him for anyone who wants to roam srilanka with. Direct link was very professional, they do what they say. Everything has done as per plan. Thank u guys for the complementary birthday cake, that was really surprising. I will come back to u guys if i come again to srilanka. Keep Rocking.

Direct link is the best travel agency in Sri Lanka. We booked at the last moment and they arranged us a reasonable priced trip just in 4 days notice with 4star accommodations. They provide good service and great driver (with language choices) and vehicles for your trip. Accommodations were prompt as per our choices and very considerate for your customization. I would rate them as the best since I booked with another agency earlier. In Colombo, the hotel provided us with small rooms and bad views. Upon raising a concern, Direct Link agent immediately asked the hotel to upgraded our rooms to better ones in the same hotel. Rest all the hotels were exceeding our expectations.

Drive was the star (naseem)We were just two girls for this trip and we were so safe with him for all 4 days he took care of us well River rafting guys ( ruwan n lakshitha ) were full of fun. River safari guy (sushath ) was amazing We both girls were treated well by all these guys. Srilank travel triangle agent (harshad ) was very professional. Over all awesome experience

On the overall we enjoyed the holidays it was fun wehave some issues with hotels and wifi connection for internet. We had to pay for sim card thought it was free from yr travel agent . No tour guide to accompany us in the visits , we paid a lot for your guide . The cost if this tour was 900 dollars for 4nights. It's expensive Only one complementary dinner . So there's lots you guys have do to keep clients happy Visits to the temples . Safari ride and tea factory

I thank travel triangle for providing the details which were comprehensive & transparent. And, I am very happy that i choose Direct Link for this trip. We (2 families with kids) visited Kandy, Nuwara eliya and Bentota, 4 days & 3 nights. Arshad (from Direct link) helped me in every step right from choosing the location, hotels till visa procedures. He was available throughout the day in WhatsApp & responded to hundreds of my queries immediately. I have seen travel agencies commiting cheese and giving chalk in actual. But, here i was pleasantly surprised with Direct link, they gave 100% everything they said. On top of it, vehicle (Toyota KDH - 10 seater) was in excellent condition and made our journey very comfortable. I must specially thank our Driver (Naveen), he was very punctual, polite and passionate about what he is doing. He gave lot of information about the sites and guided us with dos and donts at each place. Hotels (Skyloft in Kandy, Ramboda falls in Nuwara eliya and Joes resort in Bentota) were top class. Especially we liked the Ramboda falls hotel very much. Arshad and Naveen made our trip memorable. Thank you. Infact, this pleasant experience made to plan a visit again to these places in December with my friends, of course will go with Direct link without any second thought. Had approached quiet a few agents to create a package of my choice and within the desired budget. Bumped into Travel Triangle on my search and came across Direct Link, that’s when I decided to finally book the deal. I loved every bit of this trip and highly recommend this website and the agent Mr. Arshad Rasack from Direct Link. Felt safe, protected and the hospitality I received was immensely amazing. Was scared initially but later I realized I made the best and right choice! would love to visit Sri Lanka again it’s beautiful and amazing The best memory was carrying the purple face monkey during the Madu River Safari at Bentota.

We were 4 friends from bangalore, india. When we decided to visit srilanka we badly wanted tour guide this time so we decided to search in travel triangle nd out of 3 offers. I selected Direct link which was the first best thing I did. Nurshida was our travel agent and she was fantastic in customizing our tour. Hotels were fantastic, foods was very good nd neat in every places. Nd talking about our chauffeur Mr. Furkhan he was brilliant and very sweet man. He knew every place and its history, his driving is amazing nd he is always in time.infact we use to make him wait.. Our first day stay in negambo clarions hub's mrng bfast was not gud leaving tht everything was just perfect. Thanku so much fr making our trip so memorable

Nurshida from Direct Link was our spoc from the agent. She was amazing. Always solved our queries patiently. We really enjoyed the SL trip arranged by ber. Athe driver provided to us was Ramzil. He was extremely cordial and knew sufficiently enough about the local sites. Ramboda Falls hotel that we booked on our own was right in front of the falls.

Good travel guid , he gave us kind cooperation untill tour end. Bus is to old bus it made trouble for 3 days in our plan .we asked to change the bus but they didn't helped for it. But all over good.we had a pleasant tour for 6 days and 5 nights.
