directions has been very professional and they kept to their promises regarding the hotels and the transport. The service was really great and we were asked by directing through out the trip if there was any dissatisfaction. But there wasn't any. I would love to take directlink if I visit Srilanka next time. I have booked our trip to Sri Lanka with Direct Link. At the starting, Nurshida from the team had cleared all our doubts and customized the trip (hotels and location) as per our plan. Overall she offered us very good deal as well. Our driver (Mr. Rahuman) was very polite. He was very fluent in English and Hindi and made us quite comfortable during the trip. After we requested, he even took us to few places which were not in itinerary. It was a well organised and nice trip the way we expected it to be.

We informed agent to provide from day1 trip a guide with english speaking , instead they provided a cab driver with english speaking and informed as guide. The kataragama temple as per schedule is on 6th day morning, instead he took on 5th day evening during closing time. We discussed to bring kataragama place on 6th day morning and cab driver agreed to that, the next day morning his mood is changed and did not took us, we requested 2 to 3 times to take to temple then he took us to hanuman temple. The cab driver was weird on 6th and 7th day. I don't know why even direct link did not place proper guide. it was bad experience on 6th and 7th day

The tour was great. Sri Lanka is really beautiful and scenic. It was an amazing experience altogether to explore Sri Lanka in the last 4 days. I was really blown away by the hospitality shown by everyone in Sri Lanka. I was surprised to see such expreme climates in different parts of Sri Lanka which are hardly a few kilometres apart. Our travel was really luxurious and quite spacious for the 3 of us. I would specially like to mention our tour Guide Mr. Dilshan. He has been a wonderful tour guide throughout the tour and has always shared insights about various parts of Sri Lanka. He was more like a friend than a tour guide. The hotels were amazing and top notch. I can go on and on but to sum it up it was the best overseas vacation I have had till now.

The trip was well arranged by Nurshida who was in constant touch during the tour. She even went ahead and changed hotel overnight on getting complaints from us. The driver (Mr Sana) was an excellent human being. Overall it was a good experience to visit such a beautiful country. Looking forward for another visit soon.
