Everything was good managed and with high quality services Intizan, our tour Guide was very nice guy and very supportive person

Good trip... But it would have been better if we had been informed about the temple timings so not much time would hv been wasted waiting for temples to open. Also it would be helpful if Vegetarian food had been made available for pure vegetarians like us during travel. Food was a major issue except in Colombia Good

There are too many exclusions in the trip, so agent is just paying for cab and hotel(practically). Prices are 100-150$ higher. Driver was cooperative throughout the trip and hotel at Bentota was not upto the mark

The initial contact with agent Chandima opened the door to a wonderful experience in Sri Lanka. She impressed me with her soft spoken mannerism, extraordinary patience, and excellent follow through. She was solely instrumental in my decision to go with Direct Links in touring Sri Lanka. No regrets. We had an excellent experience. We had a jam packed itinerary. The manager assured us that we had total flexibility, free to make changes during our tour. The guide/driver, Muhamed Naseem, was been more than accommodating, making sure that our wishes were met. He made many unscheduled stops and went out of his way for us. A caution to travelers: the roads are extremely windy and crooked. If proned to motion sickness, bring some proper medication. Slowing down a bit may help. We enjoyed our hotel stays except for one night. Albeit with reservation, we had no rooms at Swiss Residence in Kandy. We were put up in a BnB place which was a 2-star at best. An awful experience. To the credit of Direct Links, our last night was upgraded to a 5-star Cinnamon Bey and a complimentary dinner near Bentota. Second word of caution: Be extremely if buying gem stones anywhere. We got suckered $150 for three synthetic stones. Best advise is do not buy here. One of the best memories was our climb to the Shirya Rock Fortress. Amazing and breathtaking. Another was our stay at Heaven’s Edge in Ella. The high up view from our room was outstanding, so pleasing and calming. The sun rise pictures we took were unbelievable. Lastly, our stay at Cinnamon Bey. The room, the pools, the beach, the friendly staff, and the food left us so many beautiful and fond memories.

We had a really good experience with direct link travels , prompt service and everything as promised, it was good trip .

No guide was provided at any place It was just normal ok ok . Nothing much to enchant with .

Srilanka is amazing place to visit. Local travel agent could plan better. Though the services like cab, hotel , people experience was good, there was not much value add from the tour guide. Stay at Bentota,madu river boat ride, Ramboda falls, stay at Nuwara Iliya and Kandy. Srilanka is amazing.I strongly recommend tourists to visit this destination.

We’ve got the very best Cab and driver (Mr. Naseem) who accompanied very kind and delightfully.

It was a very well organized trip, however the driver was that of a conservative mind. He looked down upon us drinking and smoking and made comments like "Sri Lanka is a better country since girls don't do all these things here" and more. I understand it's his sentiments and he is entitled to have his opinions, but I dont think the customers should have to listen to these when they are on vacation.

Very well planned trip, with good service, driver (Hafiz) was courteous, and responsiveness of Direct Link team was very good. Customization of the package is easy and many options are offered to select from. The vehicle given to us was also very comfortable and spacious. Also, our special request for Anniversary celebration was also taken care of. However, with respect to the hotels, it is suggested to make all bookings well in advance as your choice of hotel may or may not be available with the team. It is also essential to check the facilities and quality of each hotel on its website and not to go by their ratings alone. I would also expect more guidance from the travel desk regarding good places to shop that offer quality product at right prices. We purchased tea from a place suggested to us by the driver but later found the same brands available at a retail store in Colombo Mall at much cheaper rates. This was a disappointment to us. Other than that, its a great place to visit, planning and support by Travel Triangle and Direct Link is much appreciated. I will definitely explore options with Travel Triangle for my future trips as well.

Overall the trip was fantastic. Some of the hotels booked were really good, especially the hotels at Rambola falls, trini and Bentota. Food quality at each hotel was nice. Over all the nice experience. Stay at Rambolla falls hotel.

The service since the day I start doing my package till my last day trip, all went good. The agent even call while I was on holidays to see if everything was ok. The driver, an amazing guy, friendly but still professional. 1st experience and not the last. The only negative point, it's not all the hotels that was really good but was still ok as we arrive late night & departure early. The elephant back ride & train ride !
