Highlight of the trip were good driver and vehicle and good hotel selections except for the hotel at Kandy which was simply inadequate (an 8 room property situated 5 km away from city was categorised as a 3 star hotel! Agency did not change hotel or make alternate arrangements even when we conveyed our displeasure at this fraudulent practice of the agency.

Hotel in Kandy was not at all a hotel and that too of 3 star rating, when we hire you then it's yours responsibility to make sure that the options provided by you shall match the customers requirements. similarly, in Colombo the experience with hotel was not good, there were too many ants there, the bed provided was a queen size bed. Cab and cab driver were good and the other 2 hotels were good, we enjoyed there.

Thanks for making my first international trip a memorable one. After checking with different travel agencies i thought to go with Travel Triangle and Direct Link for my 5 day trip to srilanka. Nurshida from Direct Link was helpful in getting tour plan customized as per my requirement. Stuti Gupta from Travel Triangle too was helpful in guiding and providing inputs for tour plan. Except for a couple of things like WIFI device not working in car and after when i informed Direct Link about that i was promised to get a call back, for which i never received a call back, rest all things went well. But as was promised, provided a good English speaking driver and He was very helpful through out the trip. A special Thanks to Driver Mr Amal and a 5 Star to him. Whale watching Hotels location
