We were given choices to pick one travel agency and we selected Delink as they were proactive, very flexible, cooperative and very helpful in planning the whole trip..I would certainly go back and use their services again .I would recommend travel triangle way of planning the trip where one decide where one stays, where one goes ..keep it up.. cheers...

Travel Triangle is a good company but they have to be more concern regarding the quality of their travel agents that they are working under them.

overall it was a new nice experience. It needed more thorough search and work up for the route, locations, hotels that was accomplished in short time in a short vacation. Some hotels were fantastic in location and service while others were disappointing. Driver was trying to sell me for shops and subsidiary agents which was rejected and rectified , by the end of the day he was a good driver and don't trust anything more. Verify all information you get , they are not always accurate.

My Family Trip to Srilanka was a really great trip. We really liked Srilanka for it's polite and hospitable people, for it's pleasant weather and splendid Hotels.There were surely a few hiccups during the tour but they were resolved without any damage. I am very Impressed with Mr. Akarsh from Travel Triangle. He dealt with my Booking very promptly and effectively. He made sure that all my queries before the trip and during the trip should be solved immediately. The Agent Direct Link was good but i have a few suggestions for them so that they can improve tremendously Firstly Promise only the things which you can fullfill. If you do not full fill your inclusions then the client feels cheated as I felt during my tour. Though my problems were resolved cause I was insistent but there are people also in this world who do not complain. So According to me if you will be true to the person then their is no stopping for your company. Secondly please train your driver's about Srilanka's basic information (climate, population, culture, language, & religion etc etc) so that they can give this knowledge to the customer which will make the customer fall in love with Srilanka more. I think this is where Mr Madu our Driver was lagging. We could not know any basic information about Srilanka from him. The trip was very well organized, one of the best drivers we had. Initially we were taken to expensive restaurants which was not reasonable, but later the driver understood our requirements and took us to Indian restaurants which was economical. The timing on the trip was awesome as advised by Travel triangle. One more big help/ relief was when we were successful in modifying the dates by not incurring much cost except for the flights. Overall a very good experience and a big thanks to the team for organizing a wonderful trip. Best memories were the moments we had on the beach, better to have beach resorts. Elephant camp was awesome, our children enjoyed it very much. We were also taken to a spot where the entire Kandy city can be seen. That was really good.

In one word Superb! All the way from the itinerary planning, quality of the the hotels chosen, the comfort in the car, keeping time and being flexible to accommodate slight changes just before and during the tour - it was an experience beyond our expectation. Our driver SAMAN was always there with his pleasing smile and his helping nature, was always sensitive to what we need and suggested the best restaurants and best Sri Lankan shopping places. A big thanks TRAVEL TRIANGLE TEAM AND DIRECT LINK WHO WERE THERE IN CONTACT WITH US THROUGH OUT. ONLY IN OAK RAY BUSHES IN RAMBODA FALLS FOOD WAS NOT GOOD . BUT OVERALL IT WAS A WONDERFUL TRIP SAMAN OUR DRIVER HELPED A LOT IN GETTING BACK OUR LOST BAG.AND HIS EFFORTS TO TAKE TO OUR DESTINATION ON TIME DUE TO WHICH WE WERE ABLE TO SEE ELEPHANT BATHING AND ELEPHANT FEEDING , PRAYER TIME IN TOOTH RELIC TEMPLE ETC.........

It was a huge relief to have DirectLink organize this trip in a way where we didn't need to look into tiny details of transportation, hotels and tourist attractions. Our driver was extremely friendly and courteous with us. Really want to appreciate his patience and willingness to take us where we asked him to during the entire trip. Tip: 1. Confirm with DirectLink if early check-in facility has been arranged for the very 1st hotel you get into if you are reaching in Sri Lanka early morning. 2. If you are carrying Indian debit cards with you, you mostly won't be able to perform transactions (withdrawal/purchase) more than 10,000 INR in a day. That's what I experienced and that caused some inconvenience to us. 3. If you like vegetarian food, do ask your driver to take you to restaurants serving string hoppers, hoppers, kottu roti and vegetable kottu.

Also, Mr. Saman our driver was very well mannered, professional and well informed about our itinerary. Srilanka is a paradise on earth. Every place we visited had something to offer and it is very difficult to come out with just a few. From the engulfing seashores to the mighty mountains and the beautiful lush green forests Srilanka has all of them. Some of the high points of our trip were, 1. Trekking the famous Sigiriya Lion Rock, 2. Dambulla cave temple, 3. Yala national Park, 4. The breathtaking ride to Nuwara Elliya from Kandy (nature was at its best here) and 5. not to forget Srilankan cuisine.
