One of my best trips, thanks to the travel agent. They took care of every small detail from my arrival to departure. The driver (Mr. Sana) took very good care of us, and happily agreed to any changes/customization/stop-overs etc. during the trip.

We have lovely experience. We have enjoyed the trip. Only one short coming is that you should have given hotel accommodation on the last day of our trip till we leave to Airport.

Sonali helped & supported to find a good agent in srilanka. Ms. Nurshida was so co-operative & she helped me make a itenary on my own based on my requirement & kind of places which i wanted to visit. She made such kind of itenary where i dont kill time or skip any place... She made me to cover 50% of srilanka in 5 days of time which covers trincomole, dumbola, sigiriya, kandy, nuwaraeliya,bentota, colombo & negombo... price was very very competitive. transport vehicle was good & new car. driver knows a decent english knowledge but manageable. over all experience was awesome direct link & Nurshida made this happen. thank you Try doing scuba diving in trinco blu, whale watching in trinco blu, visit koneshwar temple...

Would like to thank Ms. Sonali from travel triangle who communicated and helped me to book a trip to Sri Lanka: The Pearl of the Indian Ocean. The direct link guys did a good job by sending a good driver Mr. Ishad for the trip and the agent from the direct link who communicated well, Ms. Nurshida. It was 8days/7 nights trip. The car was very spacious like a van actually with a/c which helped my small family with one kid to have a comfortable journey through out the trip. The hotels were mostly 2+ stars except a hiccup in between poor standard of hotel at Kandy. The trip included stays at various destinations like first Colombo, Dambulla, Kandy, Nuwara Eliya, Yala, Bentota & Colombo back. It was really enjoyable and memorable trip which can be cherished for ever. Please don't miss Sigiria, Jeep Safari, turtle hatchery Maadu River Safari Bentota, Seeta Temple Nuwara Eliya, Tooth Relic temple Kandy & Colombo Zoo. My kid enjoyed this to maximum it was really adventurous trip.Don't forget to taste the CURD with Coconut honey....yummy mouth watering...

This was first international trip, and the guys at Direct Link did fabulous job in making our trip memorable, I would like to particularly thank Dilshan, he was outstanding, he was friendly and since we were with two kids he took care of things that kids will love doing. Absolute Joy.

We had an amazing trip. Sri Lanka is surely a mesmerizing destination with the best of beach and hill country experience. Firstly thanks to Sonali and nurshida from travel triangle and direct link team in helping us plan this trip for our parents. The services were top notch and we are very appreciative of the professionalism and experience provided by the travel agency. Truly amazing. Also special mention to our guide nd cab driver, mr rahman who was always dere with us and who even arranged birthday cake for my father. Looking forward to visit Sri Lanka again with travel triangle and direct link. The beaches of Sri Lanka are a class apart but the best memory was the lush green tea gardens in Kandy nd niwaran eliya which were like green carpeted hills

our trip to sri lanka was too good. but 3 days is not sufficient all places. i would love to visit sri lanka again. all the hotel's and sight seeing planned by the travel agent was good. (direct link). my trip agent dilani was very helpful to guide me through the entire travel booking process. 1st day at colombo hotel fairview was too good, but i felt we don't have much time to explore colombo and 2nd day at kandy hotel hill top was good, but not happy with the hill top hotel staff and did not give proper service at the hotel for dinner. hill top hotel staff also did not give me a double or king bed instead gave 2 single bed and a last room facing pool, but i had asked for city view. 3rd day at club waskaduwa beach resort & spa was too good and staff was very friendly. Club waskaduwa had a very good sea facing room and would love to visit club waskaduwa again. And finally I want to thank our cab driver/ chauffeur SANA for his wonderful service. He took us around to all the important places and guided us through out the trip to visit all the important places in our itinerary. Finally special thanks to travel triangle for making this trip a memorable one. Would love to visit SRI Lanka again to see all other places of interest.

Sonali from travel triangle was very helpful, even the tour operator especially Dilhani was really nice and hotels were good, car was nice and even our driver Dilshan was very nice and well versed with places. Car had free wifi which was really a plus point, they had kept our sim cards ready too, Directlink is a great agency, Go for IT! and you wouldnt find options anywhere as good as you can find on TravelTriangle so go for it guys! Sita Temple in Nuwara Eliya is a must visit. Also you shouldn't miss the Boat Safari in Maadu River at Bentota, it was one of the most memorable part of our trip.

Well Organized trip by Direct Link.The car and driver(sana) provided was very good and co-operative as well good communicating .Over all an excellent experience.

Overall the trip was good. there are few things which I would like to share. The hotel which was provided in Nuwara Eliya and bentota is not what I expected. I booked for Suite room at both the places and paid the amount for suit rooms but what I was given was just a DBL bedroom. the rooms were not suite or deluxe suite. hotel in Kandy was far better than the other rooms though it was just a DBL bed room. I Feel I paid more than what I should have paid for the trip. Cab was good but In the cab here was no music no bluetooth setup. Driver was Awesome. but he wont take us to any extra place and would always take to the places which was mentioned. this is not fair. there are many places which a traveler does not know while booking. if he is limited to the places then there is no point of spending that much money on a trip. There should be a flexibility to extra places. I even offered that I can fill the petrol/CNG if needed but he couldn't take us to the place we wanted to go. Bentota is must visit place. Kandy is another awesome place that should be visited.
