My travel agent was jaunt holidays. Stay at Munnar was excellent at princess de munnar. But stay at hotel pagoda was a worst experience with no good ambience, careless response from room service and worst food. Response of travel agent was excellent. I need not worry and from the time getting down at Rly station till return back to station everything was arranged perfectly. Except accomodation at pagoda for one day, the entire trip was smooth and pleasant.

Overall trip was well organized. Hotels are very good. Some places we not able to visit because of week off days. Some place monday was closed and other place friday was closed. If agent could have informed us this earlier then we could have booked the trip accordingly.
